    I dont think we can trust the government to protect free speech on the internet.

    Well it comes down to property rights. Do ISP's have the right to provide their services as they see fit? Yes. If people don't like it they can go to another ISP or they can not use the internet. This is just another example of the government trying to regulate an industry that doesn't need regulated. And if you think the government's definition of "neutral" will actually be neutral, I'd say you're going to be in for a shock.
