I sort of "adopted" one of my former students in her senior year. I paid for dress and all costs for prom and even ordered her graduation announcements. The night before she graduated she even stayed at my house.

Now get your minds out of the gutter because she married my son two days prior to graduation and they had been engaged since the previous Christmas!
