Ted Cruz backs county clerks denying marriage licenses to gay couples

Spot on friend, but I'm afraid that your words will not have any effect on her whatsoever. We are dealing with a serious case of psychosis here. Let her wallow in her dark and tormented alternate reality where she believes that gays are bad for children, that lies can become truth just y repeating them, and hate is a virtue. Just be happy that you are not her. I am.

I guess people in the South will just have to ask themselves who is psychotic. 1. You, who feel totally comfortable stripping children via contract (marriage) of the hope of either a mother or father for life or 2. Me who says that's a form of child abuse.

So now you're claiming that same sex parenting is child abuse?

So to be clear, you, TheProgressivePatriot, believe that people who are trying to secure both a mother and father for children should "die"?

I believe Patriot expressed his homicidal tendencies toward bananas.

That's kind of what I'm thinking beta boy Dylann Roof (with the black boyfriend who swore Roof never uttered a word of racism towards blacks) was thinking right before he shot all those Christians in Bible study the day after a major southern church announced it would never support gay marriage...

So now you imagine that Dylann Roof was motivated by his opposition to same sex marriage?

What color is the sky in your world?

Nope, no dangerous cult here to worry about..

I think it is wonderful after all these months you still are abusing the corpses of the people that died in Charleston. All these lies just to smear gay people? Remember though, according to you, this isn't about being unkind to gay people. lol

I wonder whose words are more illuminating when it comes to Roof's act? His own? Or a known liar with an ax to grind? Sorry, you lose again.

Oh well, when it comes to gays marrying you can't do shit about it about it than other lie, craft lame predictions/conspiracies, and, whine on the internet.

If we had real marriage equality, county clerks would be issuing marriage licenses to people who want to marry their toasters.

To be clear, I don't wish anyone dead. However, your bizarre, hateful and quite frankly stupid ideas are in fact already dead, given life only by the psychotic voices in your head.

She has been all along. It's part of her psychosis.

Cruz Campaign Defends Controversial Pastor Who Says God Sent Hitler To Hunt Jews

A few weeks ago, we noted that Ted Cruz's presidential campaign had proudly announced the endorsement of Mike Bickle, the head of the controversial International House of Prayer and an extremist pastor who believes, among other things, that Oprah Winfrey is a forerunner to the Antichrist.

Among Bickle's more radical views is his prophecy that as the End Times approach, all Jews will be given a chance to accept Jesus, warning that if they do not accept "the grace" of Christ, God will then "raise up a hunter" who will kill two-thirds of them "and the most famous hunter in recent history is a man named Adolf Hitler":

Cruz Campaign Quietly Admits 'It Was A Mistake' To Attend Radical 'Kill-The-Gays' Conference
Submitted by Kyle Mantyla on Monday, 2/22/2016 11:04 am
Last November, Republican presidential candidate Ted Cruz and his father, Rafael, both appeared at a right-wing Christian conference in Iowa hosted by extremist radio host Kevin Swanson, who was already notorious for openly supporting imposing the death penalty for homosexuality.

Prior to the event, Cruz was asked why he was appearing at a conference organized by someone with such extremist views, but Cruz merely dodged the question. At the conference itself, Swanson repeatedly defended his view that homosexuality should carry the death penalty, but when Rachael Maddow asked the Cruz campaign following the conference if it would denounce Swanson, all that spokesman Rick Tyler would say is that Swanson's calls to put gays to death were "not explicit" enough to warrant any sort of comment from the Republican presidential hopeful or his campaign.

But, as Maddow pointed out on Friday night, while the Cruz campaign would not bother to dignify her inquiries with a response, it did quietly distance itself from Swanson and his event in mid-December, telling USA Today that "it was a mistake" for Cruz to have attended the conference:

I think its more fair to say that it was a mistake to have been caught at the 'kill gays' rally.

Imposing the death penalty for homosexuality is not uncommon among Dominion Christianity. A flavor of Christianity which Cruz's father is definitely an adherent of. And his son most likely is.

Not a dime’s worth of difference,” was how Alabama Governor George Wallace described the Democratic and Republican Parties of the late 1960s, when he led the short-lived American Party.

The same can be said of Ted Cruz and Donald Trump as they compete for the voters Richard Nixon saw as key to a Southern Strategy and a permanent Republican majority in the South.

The difference between the two Republican candidates is stylistic. Trump is the narcissistic vulgarian incapable of restraint while in front of an audience; Cruz the cerebral and abrasive ideologue who abandons restraint when it suits his purposes (Obama is “treasonous” and a “clueless socialist”). Their principles and policy goals, absent harsh restrictions on immigrants, have already been written into House Speaker Paul Ryan’s budget, the party’s blueprint for a low-tax, small-government utopia.“America is not Texas”: This is why Ted Cruz’s cynical Southern evangelical strategy is doomed to fail

Extremist Anti-Gay, Anti-Muslim Bigot Bryan Fischer To Join Ted Cruz At Mississippi Campaign Rally On Monday

We have noted several times before that there seems to be no activist who is too extreme to be embraced by Ted Cruz's presidential campaign and that continues to be the case as today, the American Family Association's Bryan Fischer announced that he will be joining Cruz at a campaign rally in Mississippi on Monday.

Fischer said on his radio program today that he'll be speaking at a Cruz campaign rally over the weekend which the GOP candidate will not be attending and again at another rally in Ellisville, Mississippi on Monday at which Cruz will be present

Ted Cruz Is 'Honored' To Have The Support Of Colorado's Demon-Hunting, Anti-Gay Exorcist State Legislator Gordon Klingenschmitt

We have noted several times before that there seems to be no activist who is too extreme to be embraced by Ted Cruz's presidential campaign, so we were not particularly surprised when the Texas senator recently announced that infamous demon-hunting, anti-gay exorcist/state legislator Gordon Klingenschmitt would be part of his Colorado leadership team.

Klingenschmitt is a viciously anti-gay theocrat who brags of having once tried to rid a woman of the "foul spirit of lesbianism" through an exorcism and believes that gay people "want your soul" and may sexually abuse their own children, which is why he says that they should face government discrimination since only people who are going to heaven are entitled to equal treatment by the government: - See more at: Ted Cruz Is 'Honored' To Have The Support Of Colorado's Demon-Hunting, Anti-Gay Exorcist State Legislator Gordon Klingenschmitt

Cruz is frightening and his friends and supporters are far worse. Here is just one example:

The Ted Cruz-David Barton Semi-Secret PAC Connection to Turn the USA Into a Theocracy
January 31, 2016 by Frank Schaeffer 5 Comments
Meet David Barton, the theocratic guru to the far far right running the umbrella PAC of the Cruz family of super PACs. David Barton is a hero to many grassroots evangelicals, but is considered a fraud – the Howard Zinn of the Christian right – by evangelical historians and scholars. Jon Ward has written a VERY important expose of the Cruz-Barton plan for America… This article was first published by Yahoo News and is republished here with the written permission of the author.

David Barton Will Train Christians To Take Control Of Government And Transform America Into The 'Nation That God Wants It To Be'
Submitted by Kyle Mantyla on Tuesday, 4/12/2016 12:36 pm
Last month, we noted that right-wing pseudo-historian David Barton plans to launch a "School of Practical Government" at Andrew Wommack's Charis Bible College in Colorado, which will be based heavily in Seven Mountains dominionism.

Seven Mountains theology teaches that conservative Christians are to take control of the seven primary institutions, or "mountains," that shape and control our culture — (1) Business; (2) Government; (3) Media; (4) Arts and Entertainment; (5) Education; (6) Family; and (7) Religion — and use them to implement biblical standards and spread the Gospel.

In a promotional video from the new school, Barton again specifically linked it to Seven Mountains theology, saying that Christians are commanded to take control of the Seven Mountains but have failed to do so when it comes to government, which is why he is launching a school of "practical" government to train
