Teahadists of the Filthy Far Right or Anti-Godists of the Loony Far Left

Which are the greater threat to the American republic and why?

  • Let's make Putin king of America

Each party has its extremes...The goal of both parties is to keep these extremes away from power.
The filth and the loonies have been doing every thing possible to drive out the mainstream.

Only on the right. The left manage to live with their loonies without getting into self destruct mode, at least for the present.
Your anti-Godists are going to start leaning on the atheists and the rest of the Dems, and are they going to get a shock when the Catholic Dems kick them in the ass.

Step away from the joint, Jake! ;)

Your scenario only holds water if the Dems were using divisive religious tactics to drive voters to the polls. But that isn't happening. The only area where there is room to drive a wedge is on abortion and Dems are comfortable with the way things stand. Neither side of that issue is going to be cause for the Dems to wage intra-party war such as is currently happening within the GOP.

The extremists on the far left are more likely to be agitated about Keystone and the environment and get pissed off with the Dem establishment bowing down to the Wall Street Casino bosses. But no, there won't be any "self destruct" mode initiated by the "anti-godists" as you call them because they simply don't exist as a political faction of any significance whatsoever.
So far the Dems have no fallen prey. But listen to Guno and bravoactual and the wacko anti-Godists on other Boards, and you know a militant far left wing is trying to get traction. The simplest thing for you guys is to stomp them when they try.

That will be up to the Dems. As an Independent I don't have a say in how they deal with their own factions. Speaking for myself I don't see anything remotely similar on the left to what is happening on the right. The last such action was the Wall Street protests against the 1%. That was a reaction to the 2008 economic collapse. Unless we get a repeat I don't see anything similar on the horizon unless I am missing something. Not even Bernie is advocating any action. At most I see Hillary embracing more the far left positions as we move into the primaries and she will move back to the center if she becomes the candidate.

You are ignoring the attempts of the anti-Godist zombies trying to get traction.

Who are these people? I am not ignoring anything.....I don't know what you are talking about.

Weird thread.

Because I am not seeing anything like that happening. Do you have links showing that to be the case?

 If you are not anti-Godist, then the thread is not for you. That's OK. And what is equally OK is that religionists have every right as you do use their values in voting and making public policy. I am glad you agree.

You will not deny seeing those people going out of their minds on the Board, that it does indeed happen?

I'm still trying to identify other "mainstream Republicans" who agree with Joe Biden on virtually every issue.
You are making a false comparison, but you can try by listing them and giving us cites and links; otherwise, who cares what you say?

You. Obviously.

Tell me, on what issues do you disagree with Joe Biden?

Specifically?

Because you, of all people, ask? Tell us specifically where you disagree with Joe Biden. And cite where I agree with him.

I guess you don't want to answer my question.

I'll try again.

On what issues do you disagree with Joe Biden?

I'm asking your opinion.

What I see on these boards is not necessarily a reflection of what is happening in real life.

A lot of what goes on in here is little more than venting of frustrations or taunting because they can get away with it on the internet whereas they can't in real life.

So, no, what happens here is not happening in the Dem party as best that I can ascertain.

Mac, you are asking questions that do not matter. The OP is about the filthy far right and the loony far left. You belong to the filthy far right, so you smear yourself by asking silly questions.

Would you support Bush or Rubio or Kasich (any of whom I would support) as the candidate instead of Cruz or Santorum or other filth like that?

If you refuse to answer, we know you are with the filth?

Okay, I tried, twice.

Perhaps another poster can help.

Can anyone tell me on which issues Jake disagrees with Joe Biden?

Jake won't answer.
