• I am not familiar with Trump Tower Moscow. If the allegation is that he has some times to Russia or Russian banks, fine, but that does not disqualify a person from being POTUS.
• "Collusion" may have occurred, but collusion is not a crime. Obstructive acts may have occurred, the question is whether those acts were done with "corrupt intent". Trump is still going under one Federal investigation, not of 29 potential criminal acts, but one: Did he violate the oath of the presidency, and do those violations rise to the standard of high crimes and misdemeanors.

Time will tell if Trump were to be impeached, and the evidence was conclusive, if the Senate puts him above the law, or convicts him and sends him packing. We can all hold to our opinion of the Republican Senators, and mine is they would acquit trump no matter how probative the evidence might be.

In practice, however, law enforcement officials have set a high bar for prosecuting violations of those laws, looking for clear criminal intent. Since Hillary cooperated, there was no such intent.
