Summary of Evidence Released - What It Says

i'm not sure what legislation you refer.
But the espionage act 18 usc 793(f) says anyone authorized to handle secrets who “through gross negligence permits the same to be removed from its proper place of custody … shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both"

In practice, however, law enforcement officials have set a high bar for prosecuting violations of those laws, looking for clear criminal intent. Since Hillary cooperated, there was no such intent.
You were there! ! ! !

So he did meet with Russia. That bores you?

I love what the prosecutor said about going after the Michigan politicians who went along with trumps attempted coup. They turned in fake electors?

She said, “not prosecuting them would be political”

Same with trump. If we don’t prosecute him for his crimes then the system is rigged.

No, you dumbfuck, Hillary wasn't investigated for violating the espionage act. She was investigated for mishandling classified document, 18 USC §1924

So was Biden, pence, Obama and trump. Only trump refused to turn in classified top secret documents and he got caught showing them to guests at Mara lago saying he shouldn’t be showing you this.

Trumps his own worse enemy and you his biggest fan

Wrong, asshole
then find me where someone has ever been convicted of violating 793(f) on a gross negligence theory. You'll never find anyone convicted due to negligence on 18 usc 1924 either, because "knowingly" is explicitly there in that law.

The immutable reality here is that Trump remains indicted on this because of the legal concept of Mens Rea, which is the same reason that Hillary has no indictment.

Nope, they don't. Those things were verified. They were never unverified after being verified.
Even CNN couldn’t keep the BS going.
You’re just a useful idiot parrot.

Imbecile, that's about Sussman obtaining data connecting Trump to Alpha Bank. It's not even about the dossier, so how does that show verified parts of the dossier are no longer verified??

Appears you're as senile as Biden. :cuckoo:

It does not require you to intend to break the law, jackass. That doesn't imply you did not intent to take the documents. Even if you don't know that taking them is a crime, you are still culpable.

Oh look, the USMB fucking moron doesn't know the meaning of the words, "knowingly" or "intent".
