Somebody can explain this DEI thing to me.

Because it seems more like an empty slogan by 90-year-old brainwashed Noam Chomsky with brain cancer or washed-up linguist/intellectual would support. It's clearly propaganda. It means nothing. (D) iversity? No, it's Conformity. (I)nclusion: except for the people that don't conform to their ideals, so they exclude them. (E) quity! What is even THAT? We are all the same. So, Shaquile O'Neal is just like Stephen Hawking...Whatever.
DEI is an acronym that means: Racism and Sexism and Religious Intolerance. However created the acronym was too dumb to call it RSR!

No, DEI makes certain white people feel bad. So, it's scary and must be opposed.

Not in this case.

Equity attracted less scrutiny because equity, not inherently linked to racism like diversity and inclusion, has been invoked in genuinely unfair situations. This gives equity a patina of righteousness, even though well-established principles and laws already exist to remedy the unfairness.

Such equity is gratuitous, and grabs credit fraudulently. Equity invoked as part of DEI is every bit as racist and prejudicial as diversity and inclusion and is just as weaponized for collectivist reward and punishment.

For example, equity is invoked to justify explicit racial allocations in medical school admissions, doctor hires, and distribution of medical treatment. Letting race override competence or science literally risks lives.

Equity is also invoked to “repair” presumed “disparate outcomes” in criminal justice; in the resulting mass decriminalization, crime skyrockets, communities suffer, and
people flee.

No, everyone was not racist. Guess who left their countries to travel into Africa and arm certain tries with guns in return for war captives? Hint: They weren't Africans, white trash.

“During the fifty-three years from the prohibition of the African slave trade by federal law in 1808 to the debacle of the Confederate States of America in 1861, the Southern economy depended on the functioning of a slave-breeding industry, of which Virginia was the number-one supplier.”

Ned & Constance Sublette, The American Slave Coast: A History of the Slave-Breeding Industry, Chicago, Lawrence Hill Books, 2016

If America had continued to import slaves, it would have diluted the market, thereby driving down the price of slaves. Slave sellers could not have this. So instead of the truth, we are told that “our nearer to God than thee” founders, in all their benevolent glory, looked towards a future whereby slavery would be no more. According to some, the so-called founders had a dream whereby little black boys and little black girls would no longer be enslaved because of the color of their skin. This is the story we are supposed to believe. However, reality does not show that.

“In fact, most American slaves were not kidnapped on another continent. Though over 12.7 million Africans were forced onto ships to the Western hemisphere, estimates only have 400,000-500,000 landing in present-day America. How then to account for the four million black slaves who were tilling fields in 1860? “The South,” the Sublettes write, “did not only produce tobacco, rice, sugar, and cotton as commodities for sale; it produced people.” Slavers called slave-breeding “natural increase,” but there was nothing natural about producing slaves; it took scientific management. Thomas Jefferson bragged to George Washington that the birth of black children was increasing Virginia’s capital stock by four percent annually.”

Ned & Constance Sublette, The American Slave Coast: A History of the Slave-Breeding Industry, Chicago, Lawrence Hill Books, 2016

“According to database-backed estimates by David Eltis and David Richardson, only about 389,000 kidnapped Africans were disembarked in the ports of the present-day United States, the majority of them before independence.” “By 1860, those few hundred thousand Africans had given way to four million African Americans.”

Ned & Constance Sublette, The American Slave Coast: A History of the Slave -Breeding Industry

According to this information , 389,000 slaves landed on the shores of what is now America. By 1860, there were four million slaves living here. The importation of slaves was made illegal in 1808. So from 1808 until 1860, the number of slaves increased by at least one thousand percent. If we allow for the Africans selling each other, Africans would be responsible for approximately 389 thousand slaves. What about the 3.1-4 million additional slaves? Africans did not create them.

The white controlled slave breeding "industry" IN AMERICA created 10 times more blacks than the number that came from Africans who "sold other Africans".

The topiic is DEI and no mattter what kind of diversion or excuse you try as a tactic, I have facts that crush you. You are an amateur trying to argue about issues you really know nothing about.

DEI is about stoopping racism and when whites have 60 percent of the population, 70 percent of the jobs and 80 percent of the management positions, it is neither racist to demand incllusion of other races, nor are all those whites hired/promoted on merit. So YOU take some respponsibility for your own life and end your racism.

So what you are saying is you put your manhood in a jar on top of Nancy Pelosi's fireplace mantal.

Basically you have two choices:

1) Continue to believe the Democrats will save you. You know, the party the slave owners all belonged to who say you ain't black if you don't vote for them

2) Man up and take responsibility for yourself.

So far, I advocate approach 2 and you want 1 because you believe the Democrats care about you and will take care of you, all you have to do is nothing. Good luck with that, particularly when they win and don't need your vote anymore, vermin

How about I fight the white racists of today who are the problem?
Fight blacks they are far more racist then whites today
