They also have 10 times the hidden launch sites, as well as mobile launchers we do not have.
The Russian missiles also have vastly greater reliability, with US missiles being ancient and not upgraded.

That makes it vastly more likely for some of their technology to survive a nuclear war, while NONE of ours would at all survive.
