This is a politically-oriented comic book short-story inspired by the politically-conscious films Patriot Games and Captain America: The First Avenger.

An Irish-American woman named Shelbye decided to fashion a clover-costume and mask and transform herself into the pro-IRA 'vigilante' Shamrock (modelled after the Marvel Comics character/avatar). Shamrock travelled to Belfast and interviewed Irish Catholics on Halloween Eve, asking them what they thought about trick-or-treating in politically-troubled Northern Ireland. To her shock, Shamrock realized that many Irish in Belfast were still unhappy about the partition of Ireland after the Easter Rising of 1916 and the ensuing 'troubles' in Northern Ireland between Irish Catholics and British Protestants.
Shamrock decided to call the British Parliament and pretend to be a political journalist doing research about Catholic-Protestant relations in Belfast on Halloween Eve, and she found that representatives of the Parliament were somewhat distant and aloof to her inquiries, simply suggesting that 'progress was sought.' Shamrock realized that IRA-related 'troubles' in Northern Ireland had sunk deeply into the hearts and minds of the people. "The Irish are so different from the British, and you can clearly 'hear' this difference in their distinct way of speaking --- their language and dialects --- so how can we expect a 'normal' political resolution to surface'?" Shamrock asked herself.
Shamrock then went back to the United States and began lobbying with President Donald Trump, asking Americans to seek commercial ties with Northern Ireland to ease political angst with economic strategies. Since 'TrumpUSA' was fixedly focused on commerce-gauged politics, Shamrock urged President Trump to appeal to the European Union to seek reconciliatory commercial relations between British Protestants and Irish Catholics in Belfast, London, and elsewhere so as to arrive at a more trade-oriented resolution to political troubles. President Trump ominously replied to Shamrock, "I appreciate your idealistic fervor, Miss, but right now, my plate is full with North Korea, Syria, and Iran, but perhaps I'll take your advice to heart and appeal to the EU about possible 'mercantile-cures' in the United Kingdom!" Shamrock realized she did all that was possible...for now.
