SCOTUS just spanked the Public Sector Unions.

Not having a union will help them

1). No union very well means no contract so one can walk off the job with no notice and it will not affect them.

2). No contract probably working conditions not defined which means one shows up and does the minimum. Low wages = lower productivity and higher wages = higher productivity. One works as hard as they are paid. To bust your butt for low wages may be honorable but it is in the end STUPID of a worker.

3). Non union jobs generally have a much higher rate of turnover therefore there are lots of job openings.
