Schimer: Liberal Hypocrisy in Action

Within the last month, Chuck Schumer has gone on record backing one piece of legislation that would prevent a state, Arizona, from enforcing Federal immigration laws. Arizona's contention is that non citizens entering and staying in the Arizona illegally are costing the state's taxpayers millions. Largely, these illegals are Latinos from Centeal and South American countries.

At the same time, Schumer is going after a US citizen, a Latino, Eduardo Savarin, who wishes to renounce his US Citizenship and live in Singapore do as to avoid paying US taxes. Schumer says that this will cost the US millions in tax revenue; and therefore, Mr. Savarin should be turned away at the border....barred from entering the US.

Schumer is okay with non citizen Latinos entering the US illegally and costing the US millions in taxes but takes umbridge with one Latino who is a US citizen and wishes to renounce his citizenship based on his actions costing the US taxes in millions.

How about some consistency, Chuck?
