Well, Margaret Sanger herself was opposed to abortion, contrary to the views that Planned Parenthood now holds. She originally held that contraception, not abortion was ideal.


Also, in her book Family Limitation, Sanger wrote that "no one can doubt that there are times when an abortion is justifiable but they will become unnecessary when care is taken to prevent conception. This is the only cure for abortions."

Hey you, pro-Choice zealots, take it from Sanger. Your premise is all wrong!!

Nobody has argued that it wasn't.

Most people agree that contraception is the ideal.

Of course, in her day, there were very limited contraception options. condoms were made of animal by-products and the pill was decades into the future. Lysol was originally marketted as a douche used for contraception.

That said, the pragmatic reality is that abortion will still be necessary because people are stupid and half of them have uteri...
