It's not a racist list. Maybe biased toward rock n roll and r& b pop culture music.
Not including heavy metal /hard rock singers , here are a few I noticed aren't on the list that should be imo....

Sade Adu
Jon Anderson (Yes)
Ian Anderson (Jethro Tull)
Rik Emmett (Triumph)
Burton Cummings
Carole King
Carly Simon
Jimi Hendrix (I love his voice)

Ronnie James Dio is not on this list

Dio had a very powerful voice with impressive range and control. I saw him live with Black Sabbath a couple of times and after he went solo too.








And Bob Marley's weak ass rangeless monotonous voice made the top 20.



I'm surprised they didn't put Mortimer in the top 10.
