Roe v. Wade getting overturned!!

You said to me:

This has first of all to do nothing with anythign what I ever said. And when you use here god and the Catholic church then you seem to think the natural laws had been made from god in the Vatican - what's absurde.

What you say is: Because on biological reasons miscarriages happen human beings have the right also to cause such miscarriages. Also car accidents happen and I hope you will not do now a car accident. And why should someone make a law to have the constitutional right to do car accidents - instead only to say: "When you lose your own child on your own manipulated and/or free will then you are punished enough so we will not punish you additionally!"?

By the way: If the will of a woman to do an abortion had been manipulated - and she will find out later that it was really her own child which was killed: Would she not have the right to get a compensation for this terrible crime? Is this not a real problem of emancipation because men - specially rich men - would get a compensation if they had such a problem? Not so poor women?

PS: Pure biological miscarriages have to do with the age of the mother - the younger the higher risks. And they have to do with genetical and biological incompatibilities. But they have also "unbiologically" or "unnaturally" to do with alcohol and drugs and/or problems in the environment - like poisons in the food or the water for example.

What you say is: Because on biological reasons miscarriages happen human beings have the right also to cause such miscarriages.

That is why a woman has a right to terminate her own pregnancy safely. - Because Natures’ God shows human beings that he/she or it does not value human life until it emerges from the birth canal.

And yet the record shows that every species that ever existed were fruitful and multiplied. Stop allowing the complexities of life to cause you to define the exception as the rule.

Whether or not your Divine Being values human life only after it emerges from the birth canal or from the spark of life at conception; that has no bearing on the observation of the reality of miscarriage during the first half of the process of gestation.

My point about miscarriage is that in nature, it must be that the God of nature, the more rationally speaking places value of human life at birth, not conception.

You seem to think human beings are allknowing and have the right to kill other human beings and/or the own children. Your "moral" is absurde. I have not any idea what you call "Natures' god" for example. What do you speak about here? About nature (=creation) or about god (=creator)? If a body dies not necessarily this what we call "soul" dies. A being in god is not the same as to be only a part of the world. God is able to find or to create a new body for a soul. The death of a body is not an irreversible fact for god. But for you such a deed is irreversible. If you kill a human being then god will bring it back into a new life - but perhaps you will have to pay the bill. But how to pay? With your own lifetime? Imagine a new born baby will be in the end 120 years old. 120 years = 120*365+30 days = 43830 days =1.051.920. More than 1 million hours human lifetime. How will you replace this lifetime if the universe will miss it? What if George Washington, James Madison, Thomas Jefferson, John Jay, Alexander Hamilton, Benjamin Franklin and John Adams had been aborted? Would you feel this gaps?

No. What I say is the pregnant woman has the right endowed by her creator and based on the natural law principle of having secure bodily autonomy to decide whether to give birth or terminate her own pregnancy based upon natural law that the sanctity of human life begins when the newborn emerges from the birth canal commonly known as at first breath.

We were formed from dust and then life or soul was breathed into our nostrils by the mouth of God.

First of all is abortion something what is done with a mother - and not something what a mother is doing on her own.
Second: What you say about god is blasphemy. God gave no one any right to kill.

Third: Why has the baby no right to live even if the mother had on a totally absurde reason on her own free will the wish to kill her own sane baby? The only price such a mother had to pay for the wrong sex with the wrong man which made her pregnant is 9 months gestation.

It's by the way in all this discussions interesting that never the main reason for abortion is in discussion: men. Men are the main reason why women have the feeling, the despair, to have to do an abortion. And exactly this men who like to fuck every woman if they have a chance to do so defend a [not really existing] human right of women to abort "her" baby. But: The death of human beings is not able to be a natural human right.

Nonsense.

Dream on.

58 percent of Republicans in Florida are for the pro-choice amendnent.

Some of them will not vote for Trump because they know he put three more Catholics on the Supreme Court and then six Catholics overturned Roe v Wade

I don’t accept

What you accept or not accept is uninteresting in case of the natural human rights. The whole founding of the USA bases on unalienable human rights.

the God of Abraham as being a universal God of all creation.

It's also unimportant to believe in god or not.

You can’t force your God

My what?

on those of more universal understanding of being

You spoke about god. I could also argue from a buddhistic point of view. And also in this view abortion is an impossibility to do. And when I say the death of a human being is not able to be a natural human right and/or a constitutional right then this is also for atheists comprehensible.

"There can be no 'right' to take a human life," the Vatican institution said in a statement, echoing concerns already raised by French Catholic bishops.

France makes abortion a constitutional right

France becomes the first country to explicitly include the right to terminate a pregnancy in its constitution.

Who do Catholic Bishops think they are?

Not for the unborn except through the rights of the mother. Only a potential birth mother can terminate the life being developed in her own body. And no other should force her to terminate or give birth

What do you know about the founding of the USA?

At the time abortion was acceptable but perhaps not common because women were expected to be submissive to men.

English Common Law had no penalty for abortions prior to quickening. After that, it was a misdemeanor likely because it was unsafe, not due to fondness 0r favor of the unborn.

Trump's hush money prosecution 'a sign he's on the right track': evangelicals

Prosecutors allege that former President Donald Trump illegally falsified business records to conceal hush money payments he made to cover up an affair with an adult film star

Even though these alleged actions violate several of the Bible's Ten Commandments, many evangelical Christians say that Trump's prosecution for them makes them more likely to support him.

Appearing on CNN Tuesday, NPR political correspondent Sarah McCammon said that most evangelicals simply don't care about Trump's un-Christ-like behavior because they believe he will ram through their agenda on issues such as abortion, LGBTQ rights and school prayer.

The bolded portion is erroneous.

Meanwhile, a Villanova University law professor named Joseph Dellapenna claims the truth is just the opposite in almost every way. He says abortion was consistently criminalized in England since roughly 1200. According to him, prosecutions for abortion have been happening for centuries, usually out of concern for the unborn child. He’s laid out his thinking in a book and in several briefs in high-profile Supreme Court cases on abortion.

And it skims past what “quickening” was considered. When the fetus began moving, it was considered to have been invested with its soul.

That’s hardly a good basis today to say that a human life isn’t yet a human life.
