If Trump keeps up with his foolishness and ineptitude as he has thus far, a trained chimp should be able to beat him. I don't believe the Constitution requires that presidents be human. LOL After all, Trump just barely qualifies in that category.

But your trained chimp couldn't beat him in 2016. Going to try another trained chimp in 2020?
