Hey there! I'm doing research for a political transparency app and would love to get some feedback.
First some context. After the 2014 elections my friend and I were chatting about the low voter turnout and we decided to create an app that would deliver non-partisan information to people's phones (e.g. campaign contributions, expenditures, voting history, etc.). We've been working on this idea for a while and would like to gauge the interest of people interested in politics.
Specifically, we want you to look at our website and let us know if you (1) were convinced the app would be worth using and (2) why or why not. My friend and I are software developers, not marketing gurus so we're trying to refine our messaging to help people understand the value of the app.
Full disclosure, we're currently running a Kickstarter campaign to work on it full time. However, we really just want people to look at the website and let us know if you care at all about the idea. Thanks so much!
