About as long as it took the Chinese after Nixon visited them and started normal relations....

The thing is Cubans have been coming here for benefits and to vote since the communists took over Cuba.

Lolz ... It was the Bush administration that made attempts to limit the amount of remittance going to Cuba ... Not the Democrats.

It seems obvious that Cubans who received any money after Castro has looted the remittance still enjoy the benefits of a much better economy in America.
It is only ludicrous to assume they do not understand why their relatives here can send them more money a month than they can earn in half a year there.

How did that reset work out with Russia? Leading from behind in Libya and Yemen didn't work out either. At least the Egyptians got rid of the Muslim Brotherhood that Obama preferred. I could go on, but.............why bother.

Reagan was rated very low at the time and with some perspective has moved way up. The opposite will happen with obama.
