Want to know how to fix the border? Simple.........

First, understand that the unemployment rate for returning Iraq vets is around 16 percent.

One time only. After that? You've gotta go through normal channels. That way, everyone who wanted to stay here could, and since the borders are already secure, immigration reform could work.

But.......you've gotta secure the borders first.

Easy way put a 1000 bounty on every illegal you turn in. It cost the government more than 1000 a year for these criminals to be here. with the high unemployment rate people need money they would turn thesse criminals in quickly. the problem would be what to do with them all.

Ever read about Russia during the Cold War? They had citizens informing on others because they thought that the people were doing things against the government, and they started informing on each other to the KGB, which turned it into a police state.

I would hope this legislation would encourage racial profiling for hispanic looking people as well as middle eastern looking people and blacks with middle eastern names to ensure the safety of our country. We can't afford to be soft anymore as our borders are being infiltrated everyday.

The fence works pretty well for Isreal and has for decades. Isreal is smaller but it does work and from what I've read, works very well.
