Putin would not have invaded Ukraine while Trump was President because he knew he had Trump in his back pocket

You need to go back to school. Putin's vision is expansion even beyond the Ukraine. One of the major obstacles is NATO. The weaker NATO the easier he can execute his Hitler like agenda.
Trump was weakening NATO. he was threatening to pull the US out. He was doing Putin's business. Biden is reestablishing strong NATO ties and a strong NATO. Increasing the chances of Ukraine joining.
When you have a lap dog as US President, Trump, Putin let him do his thing. Pulling back from international involvement was what Putin wants. When that was not happening he had to move.
Trump - the worst President ever.

Oh, stop lying. If anyone is interested in what really happened, ElmerMudd notwithstanding, read this: It was a negotiating tactic to get the other NATO nations to pay their fair share. (Libs like fair share paying.) Obama said almost the same thing (see below)
“Twenty-three of the 28 member nations are still not paying what they should be paying and what they’re supposed to be paying for their defense. This is not fair to the people and taxpayers of the United States,” Trump said in 2017, reported The New York Times.
However, after he was elected, Trump pledged to “never forsake the friends that stood by our side” after the terrorist attacks against the U.S. on September 11, 2001. Those attacks are the first and only time NATO invoked its Article 5 clause, which states that any armed attack on one NATO country is considered an attack on all and necessary action, such as armed defense, will be taken.

And did you have any fake outrage when Obama did the exact same thing?

President Obama on Wednesday expressed concern that cuts to the defense budgets of NATO members had left the alliance vulnerable, as it confronts Russia's incursion into Ukraine.

"The situation in Ukraine reminds us that our freedom isn't free, and we've got to be willing to pay for the assets, the personnel, the training that's required to make sure that we have a credible NATO force and an effective deterrent force," Obama said during a press conference following a meeting of U.S. and EU leaders.

The president said he had "some concerns about a diminished level of defense spending among some of our partners."

"If we've got collective defense, it means that everybody's got to chip in," Obama said.

The only thing Trump did regarding NATO was make them pay their bills. Something no other president had the balls to do. Dismantling or weakening NATO is your pipe dream, not Trump's. Never gonna happen unless your dumbass president gets involved.
