trump has said, Tweeted, and done things that Nixon would never have dreamed of. He is illustrating to Mueller and the World that he is desperately trying to stop this investigation. He is providing the very deginition of obstruction of justice., but....

1. The investigation will continue, no matter who is overseeing Mueller.
2. Mueller has already compiled a lot of information that is going to be very damaging to members of the royal crime family.
3. The Senate knows what is up to and will be sure to only approve someone who is going to be independent.
4. Trump will be dead politically if he fires Rosenstein, which makes me think whatever the FBI gleaned from the Cohen search is very serious.
5. Firing Rosenstein will even bring some Republicans across the aisle. Trump will not automatically get his nominee for a replacement.

It is my fondest wish that The Orange Faced Baboon would fire Rosenstein, Mueller or Sessions.

McConnell has been clear to Trump that he will not approve another AG if Sessions is fired. He’s already pissed about all of the cabinet level firings because the Senate can’t get anything done except approve Trump’s replacement appointees.

What they need is for Trump to order the release of the DOJ paperwork requested by the House Intel and Oversight Committee's. Once they have that,
the can show Rosenstein used the Dossier for the Warrant, without verifying its
facts.

That gives Trump the right to fire him for improperly discharging his duties. (Why does everybody think the FBI and DOJ are slow walking this stuff.)
Then there isn't even a hint of obstruction of justice...just the firing of an assist
AG who can't follow the law.

Then the new boss of Mueller forces Mueller to get back on track with Collusion
with the Russians. No collusion, the special council is dismissed because there is no case.

Trump needs to give a Presidential Order to the DOJ for all those documents
to be released immediately. Then go from there
