Right.Thank you fox news, 10 months ago. But that is silly, because he would not be charged with a crime for exercising his constitutional power. He would be charged for his intent.A president can't be indicted for obstruction of justice for exercising his Constitutional powers.
If his intent was to stop the Russian investigation....that is obstruction of justice. He said publicly on national TV that it was the "Russian thing."
