Imagine the outrage if they had gone in like that at takeover of Malheur wildlife refuge (federal property)...oh wait..you were outraged...

Think of it as the old Kodak cameras where you get that blue spot and you can’t quite see your entire field of vision for a period.”


The DHS official shared various war stories from two months of clashes, which he said would have seen the destruction of the courthouse if feds did not respond.

“We’ve had accelerants poured into the courthouse while commercial grade mortar style fireworks were being shot into the doors and attempt to light it. Also, while the side doors the exits of the building were being blocked, were being barricaded closed,” he said.

Among the steady stream of threats from the far-right were repeated encounters between law enforcement and heavily armed adherents of the so-called boogaloo movement, which welcomes armed confrontation with cops as means to trigger civil war. With much of the U.S. policing apparatus on the hunt for antifa instigators, those violent aspirations appear to have materialized in a string of targeted attacks in California that left a federal protective services officer and a sheriff’s deputy dead and several other law enforcement officials wounded.
