Why did Democrats win back seats in Wisconsin? Why did a Democrat win in NY 26? Why did a Democrat win in NY 23 (which has been held by Republicans for over a century)?

They didn't win them all. Why did they lose them in the first place? Wisconsin isn't a republican stronge hold
