Pity Party! Obama, "I can't work with GOP Leadership." AW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ya gotta love those Democrats. Whining incessantly even when they had a Super Majority? Yikes! If they were whining then,what are they gonna do after November? I go with this President's own propaganda spokesman Robert Gibbs when he says the 'Professional Left' sucks and should just STFU. Whining is all they're good at. Expect a lot more of it after November. :)

Of course Gibbs never said any such thing. Good Lord, are you people born liars?

If Obama wants to regain the trust of the American people, he really ought to start addressing what they say they think or feel instead of his arrogant, condescending, and insulting comments to those who disagree with him and whining about those who aren't following his almost non-existent leadership.

This man is absolutely the most thin skinned and totally out-of-touch President in my increasingly lengthy lifetime. I really truly tried to like him. I am finding it hard to do so lately. Disagree with me and give me a reasonable rationale for doing so, and I'll accept that. Talk down to me and you will earn my immediate contempt.

Your over-the-top characterization is ridiculous. Obama doesn't have it in his entire persona to be insulting to anyone. What he has said about the liberals who wanted it all is true. Using Biden's words: STOP WHINING. And they should. What he has said about Republicans is absolutely true--every single word. They may think they're "in touch" with grass roots people, and Obama is not, but when push comes to shove you know and I know that the Republican leadership has no agenda EXCEPT to regain control, however they can accomplish that. And if electing morons like Christine O'Donnell and Sharon Angell serve that purpose than so be it. I'm hoping Capital Hill soon becomes a carnival atmosphere with all these clowns grandstanding on live TV. I intend to relax for a few months and do nothing but laugh my ass off.

You listen to that youtube clip up there and tell me if you would say that it would be 'over the top' to characterize George Bush as condescending, arrogant, divisive, and thin skinned if HE had uttered those words Obama is spewing out there. It IS over the top to say that the Republican leadership has 'no agenda' when they are not allowed a voice or even a vote on a lot of this stuff but there is a plethora of evidence out there of GOOD Republican ideas, all of which the Democrat controlled Congress and Obama have blown off. The fact that you haven't bothered to hunt up that kind of information does not change the fact that it is there.

And I imagine Christine O'Donnell and Sharon Angle would at least know enough about their opposition to spell the names correctly. They may be 'morons', but they have far superior ideas to those they want to replace. But Obama worshipers aren't interested in hearing their ideas. They have an (R) beside their name, therefore they must be insulted, denigrated, marginalized, and personally destroyed.

And frankly my dear, I think that is despicable no matter WHO is doing it.

I did not spell Christine O'Donnell's name wrong; I did not spell Sharon Angell's name wrong, but you did. :eusa_whistle:

Sharon Angell - Email, Address, Phone numbers, everything! 123people.com

So calling the other side irresponsible = pity party?

What a strange defintion

What has Republican leadership like Mitch McConnell and Eric Cantor actually brought to the table except whining and rhetorical propaganda?

When you people can actually come up with YOUR OWN PROVABLE SOLUTIONS, rather than addressing ONLY what you think is WRONG with ours, you will have my complete attention. In the meantime, just keep hoot'n & hollerin'. It will get you nowhere.

"Provable Solutions?"

You mean like the stimulous package has been?

Yup.

REPORT GIVES STIMULUS PACKAGE HIGH MARKS
washingtonpost.com
Even some former skeptics who predicted that the money would lead to rampant abuse now acknowledge that the program could serve as a model for improving efficiency in government.

By the end of September, the administration had spent 70 percent of the act's original $787 billion, which met a White House goal of quickly pumping money into the nation's ravaged economy, the report says. The administration also met nearly a dozen deadlines set by Congress for getting money out the door.

Meanwhile, lower-than-anticipated costs for some projects have permitted the administration to stretch stimulus money further than expected, financing an additional 3,000 projects, according to the report.

Despite the speedy spending, the report says that stimulus contracts and grants have so far been relatively free of the fraud charges that plague more routine government spending programs. Complaints have been filed on less than 2 percent of awards under the program.

Given Obama's agenda, why work with him? Defeat him and his agenda.

I dunno, work together to fix problems? Isn't that what their sent to Washington for?
Oh, I forgot.. This is the "let this be his waterloo" republicans we're talking about. They don't care about working together.. They just want to see President Obama fail.

Perhaps if Obama could schedule happy hour or golf, it would be easier to meet with them. Otherwise, the GOP is much too busy saying no.

When is Obama NOT scheduling golf?
He's been president for 80 weeks. And during more than half of those weeks, mostly on weekends, President Obama has gone golfing. [See photos of Obama behind the scenes.]

In fact, he's hit the links so many times—43—that the press is comparing him to the last presidential hyper-golfer, Dwight Eisenhower. That's led reporters to coin a new phrase for the weekend golf pool coverage: "Eisenhower duty."

He doesn't do happy hour and play golf as much as those fatass GOPers do.

Yeah! Would LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE to see you back up that one!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

President Obama said today that he is at odds with Republican leadership in Congress -- but not necessarily Republican voters.

There are conservative and Republican voters that may disagree with some of his policies but have "basically recognized we've got to solve some big problems," Mr. Obama said on NBC's "Today Show."

Yet while regular Republicans may be willing to work together to achieve solutions, the president said that Republican leaders are instead putting forward "a set of policies that are just irresponsible."

Obama: I Can Work with Republicans, but Not GOP Leadership - Political Hotsheet - CBS News

Now the translation for this little pity party is, NOT about the GOP Leadership, although Obama may say so.

It's about the CONSERVATIVES that are going to come in to the Congress that are NOT the "cross the aisle" Rinos that are going to kiss his butt!

He's saying "individual" Republicans, aka Rinos can be manipulated to vote with him, but Tea Party conservatives won't.

Notice how careful he is NOT to mention the Tea Party.

I mean Obama is afraid of the GOP Leadership? Really?????????? I don't buy that one. The GOP leadership hasn't exactly been that rock ribbed conservative as of late.

But I've noticed that Obama has sunk so low that's he's WHINING as of late. We should all feel sorry for him.

"It's not my fault, Bush did it! You just have to give me a chance!!! WAH!!!!!!"

Yeah, the voters gave you a chance Obama. You screwed the pooch!

Voters aren't willing to give Democrats more of a chance. The Democrats in Congress have had four years and have displayed nothing but arrogant tone deafness to the American people.

It's time to send them to the unemployment lines!

But let's give Obama that pity party he so badly needs. One, two, three, AW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

What part of the Tea Party and the New Contract with America have you missed toots?

I think I see the whining and it's coming from you.

Democrats have done NOTHING but cause greater damage to the economny and you tell us we can't complain?

HAVE YOU SEE THE UNEMPLOYMENT RATE LATELY?

I'll hoot and holler all right. All the way to the election booth, Nov 2. Who's going to stop me? These "tough guys?

new-black-panthers1.jpg

I'd deliberately run right into them, just to let them know I'm not afraid of them or any other liberal!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

You guys on the right are so laughable.

Have the Republicans had any new ideas about what to do to fix the economy? Have they made any suggestions about health care? What do they want? I know what they don't want but I sure as hell don't know what they want.

Boehner pretty much said he didn't know either and that they'd decide when they took over. So yeah, lets let a party with no ideas take over and run things. That will certainly be good for this country. :cuckoo:

This is all Liberals have.

They can't give us a freaking reason to vote for them.

All they have is, "Well what new ideas does the GOP have."

WHAT FREAKING "NEW" IDEAS DID OBAMA HAVE? All he had was the same STUPID OLD SOCIALISM THAT HASN'T WORKED SINCE THE BOLSHEVIK REVOLUTION! Morons!

I'm not looking for "new ideas" I'm looking for ideas that work and I sure notice what the unemployment rate was when Republicans controlled Congress, AS COMPARED TO NOW!

"New idea" your way out of that!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

The GOP leadership are total douchebags and they aren't interested in working with Obama. They have made that perfectly clear.

I got news for you TeePeeSpammer, if you think Boner, the Turtle, and Eric CUNTer are going to be any better than the botox queen and the limpwristed whelp Harry Reid then you are more batshit insane than I thought.

republican_pledge_2010.jpg

This is the spin from the Democrats.

That the tax cut and wars caused the problem, YET for some strange reason that "problem" didn't happen until Democrats took control.

Keep trying that lame excuse liberals.

Last time I checked the polls, IT ISN'T FREAKING WORKING! :lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

November is coming!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

Yes, OWEbama is beginning to sound just like a snotty little third grader throwing a tantrum. But, that doesn't surprise me. The guy is a jackass... a sniveling little sophomoric jackass who's whining is starting to get irritating...

ocrying.jpg

LOL That is one awesome photo of our CIC

Gigantic hat tip!!!

Had the Republican leadership in congress actually proposed legislation to solve the problems caused by previous congresses and the previous administration, then maybe there would be credibility in the notion that Obama deserves a "pity party'.

But the Republican leadership's idea of 'leadership' has been to filibuster, stonewall, ignore their own culpability and responsibility for the problems.

If anyone has behaved reprehensibly, ignoring the problems and not providing solutions that were not guaranteed to further exacerbate the problems, it has been the Republican leadership in Congress.

This is just a longer whine for the present them from liberals which is Republicans are the party of "NO."

This from the same hypocrites who did everything they could to block Bush and Republicans during his admin.

I guess that's only okay when Democrats are in leadership.

HEY DUMBASSES YOU EVER HEAR OF CHECKS AND BALANCES. Se Habla Constitution????????

THAT'S WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE FOR YOU BIG BABIES!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:
Take some classes in Civics and English and get back to us.

Do you hear the arrogance and elitism in that one?

They can't refute what I'm said, but they STILL have to tell themselves they are soooooooooooo much schmarter.

I'm still waiting for liberals to notice what kind of party the Democrats were during the Bush admin. They sure as hell weren't the party of yes.

YOU FREAKING HYPOCRITES TOLD US DISSENT WAS PATRIOTIC DURING THE BUSH ADMIN, REMEMBER?

NOW, "NO" IS SOME FORM OF "TREASON" TO OBAMA??????

Hypocrites!

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

YOU FREAKING HYPOCRITES TOLD US DISSENT WAS PATRIOTIC DURING THE BUSH ADMIN, REMEMBER?

Hit them fast, hit them hard. Hit them often.

Translation: Obama is upset because the GOP leadership stand up to his economically destructive policies.

:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol:

....

As I now understand it, the budget deficit and the national debt are a huge national crisis, which threaten our future and our very way of life, if the proposal on the table is:

* Aid to the unemployed

* American infrastructure

* Jobs for teachers, firefighters, and police officers

* Retirement security

* Investment in a new U.S. energy policy

* Access to affordable health care for America's families

* Quality public schools and student loans

* Transportation, public works, research and development, childcare, and food stamps

On the other hand, the budget deficit and the national debt are utterly meaningless, and shouldn't even be considered, if the proposal on the table is:

* Tax cuts for millionaires and billionaires

* War

* Infrastructure in Iraq

* an expanded government role in health care through Medicare Part D

* an expanded government role in education through No Child Left Behind

What do you say, Republicans and Tea Partiers? Do I have this about right?

Liberals just CAN'T STAND the idea of people keeping more of their own money. That's what they mean by "tax cuts for the rich."

But let's compare that deficit under Republicans and now Democrats, shall we?????

US Federal Deficit as a Percentage of GDP

2001 -1.25
2002 1.48 Corporate Scandals, 9/11
2003 3.39
2004 3.39
2005 2.52
2006 1.85
2007 1.14
2008 3.18 TARP
2009 9.91 Obama Porkulus
2010 10.64

US Federal Deficit As Percent Of GDP in United States 1900-2010 - Federal State Local

Look at when we started having a deficit again. It was after a major attack on this country, and disasters like Enron.

By 2007, Bush and the Republicans had slashed that MORE THAN IN HALF.

Look when it starts to go up again. Despite the tax cuts, and despite wars, NOT UNTIL TARP does the deficit start to rise.

ONLY WHEN OBAMA MADE TARP LOOK LIKE A SUNDAY PICNIC WITH HIS PORKULUS did the deficit make a HUGE JUMP!

Now you liberals can lie all the hell you want, BUT YOU CAN'T GET AROUND THE FREAKING NUMBRS.

The truth is despite 9/11, which was a HUGE ECONOMIC BLOW TO THIS COUNTRY, the Deficit as a percent of our GDP (and that's now it needs to be figured) WAS RELATIVELY LOW.

It did not jump until Obama started his GENERATIONAL THEFT otherwise called the Stimulus.

That's what the Tea Party knows AND THAT'S WHAT THE VOTERS NOW KNOW.

Spin and lie your way around that.

November is coming!
