Actually, they can be for my line of work.You don't have to collect welfare, therefore you don't have to submit to the drug test. That's why it's not a violation of the 4th amendment.4th Amendment? What's that?
It is if they share it with law enforcement.

When you get drug tested for a job and you test positive they are not sharing this information with law enforcement.
