Boy did she make a good choice. This woman is like Palin with common sense conservative values which is lacking in this nation. Palin is wise to endorse her. Palin has a tendence to know who is right for this country and her brilliant strategy to select these endorsements will be very beneficial to her if she decides to run. Just like Nikki Haley in South Carolina, she was a nobody and when Palin endorsed her, her poll numbers skyrocketed and she is ahead of the competition on her way to the governors seat.

I’m pleased to lend my support to CeCe Heil’s campaign for Congress from Tennessee’s 5th District. CeCe is another tough “mama grizzly” with the experience, passion, and integrity to restore some common sense to Washington. As a small business owner, attorney, constitutional scholar, and proud mother of two, she will fight tirelessly to protect our freedoms and rein in the excesses of an out-of-control federal government that seems set on spending away our children’s future. CeCe brings the business sense and the constitutional understanding that is so needed in DC right now.

I love it when Palin endorses candidates.......kiss of death in November

Palin has endorsed mint chocolate chip ice cream. Now some will no longer enjoy that tasty treat, and be forced to switch over to another flavor. I wonder what her next target will be, causing people to flee in the opposite direction.

Palin gave the ultimate endorsement to McCain by running with him....how did that work out?

I love it when Obama endorses candidates.......kiss of death in November

Palin is a CELEBUTARD, to use Stuttering LimpTard's word, fully approved for use by CelebuTard Palin.
Even if that were true she would still make a better President than Barack Obama. He's set the bar so low that almost everyone on earth would be a step up.

Ok, grandpa, convince that you looked at the other 10 candidates in the race and determined, for yourself, that Palin picked the best candidate.

It's hard to believe this Palin effect is where the GOP wishes to go

imho, there are enough old world republicans out there that would bring respect back to the party

Ah, of course, no answer.

Take your pills and go back to bed, grandpa.

Healthcare
An Official Statement By CeCe Heil

Healthcare is not a function of the federal government and therefore, the healthcare legislation is unconstitutional and VOID. Any repeal would be setting a terrible precedent that unconstitutional legislation can take effect and must be repealed. As the law stands, an unconstitutional bill is void, not voidable. The general rule is that an unconstitutional statute, though having the form and the name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void and ineffective for any purpose since unconstitutionality dates from the time of its enactment and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it; an unconstitutional law, in legal contemplation, is as inoperative as if it had never been passed ... An unconstitutional law is void. (16 Am. Jur. 2d, Sec. 178)

That makes my sides ache lololol

Who the hell wrote that? Parts of it simply make no sense at all. "Any repeal would be setting a terrible precedent that unconstitutional legislation can take effect and must be repealed." What the hell does that mean?

Edit Note: On rereading this quote, delete "parts of it" and substitute "all of it" into my statement.

I know! Is she trying to song and dance her way around not running on repealing the healthcare bill? I wonder what the average Tennessean in her district, going to her website to get her views on what to do about healthcare, gets out of that incoherent stew of legalese?

I think she's also saying that Medicare and the VHA are unconstitutional. Someone should ask her.

I wonder if she gets that a bill has to be ruled unconstitutional before it's unconstitutional. 'void not voidable'?? lol, as Olbermann would say of Palin,

The woman is an IDIOT.
