There was a time when Broadway musicals had to have four or five great songs to be a hit. Think Oklahoma, Carousel, South Pacific, The King And I, My Fair Lady, and so on. The era of multiple hits in one show was replaced by one hit wonders. Think Annie! Can you tell me one song besides:

Oddly enough, Tomorrow should be the Republican party’s theme song because they always seem to be one day away from picking a winning presidential candidate.

For a long time now it only took one song to make a Broadway show a hit. Were it not for revivals, subsidies, and ridiculous ticket prices, Broadway would have turned off the lights decades ago. Instead of bowing out gracefully an entire branch of the parasite class feeding on the corpse of Broadway musicals sprung up.

Politically, the media likes Republicans who are famous for one song.

Examples of one song Republicans: A stirring speech by anyone; Chris Christie taking on New Jersey’s teachers’ unions; Scott Brown winning Ted Kennedy’s senate seat in a special election. When Brown took his reelection on the road in 2012 he got his ass kicked by a known liar: Cherokee Warren. Or perhaps Massachusetts conservatives did not turn out because they saw Brown’s performance in the Senate and did not like it.

Here’s the joke. Democrats still control the Senate. So I don’t see how a true conservative from Massachusetts —— if there is such a thing —— could have done worse than did Brown.

After Cherokee Warren defeated Brown he landed on good old FOX so he could maintain the illusion of conservatism among all of those second-rate liberals and Karl Rove Republicans the other networks will not touch.

See this thread for a bit more about Cherokee, the lady Brown could not beat:

Robert Oscar Lopez opens his article about Scott Brown with a head-scratcher:

I have no idea why Scott Brown was given the fluffy task of guest-hosting Bill O'Reilly's show on August 23, 2013.

My guess is that FOX is helping Brown jockey for the number two spot on the ticket should media favorite Chris Christie win the nomination. Actually, a Christie/Brown ticket is no worse than Romney/Ryan.

NOTE: Sarah Palin was the only decent candidate on a Republican ticket since Ronald Reagan.

After reading Lopez’s piece I looked up Brown’s Talking Points Memo. I could not find it on Youtube, but you can watch it at this link:

Here’s one of my talking points for Brown. Christie has a 70% approval rating in New Jersey because Democrats love him. That should tell you something about Brown who was dumb enough to present it as a plus.

Lopez goes on to say:

Trying unsuccessfully to channel the famous Shylock speech from Merchant of Venice -- "If you prick us, do we not bleed?" -- Brown poses an awkward rhetorical question: "Don't we all care about the same things?" He lists fiscal strength, a balanced budget, and national security.

Scott Brown and Chris Christie Can Go Live in Exile Together

Articles: Scott Brown and Chris Christie Can Go Live in Exile Together

Brown did not mention dismantling the welfare state, repealing the XVI Amendment, or withdrawing from the United Nations. More importantly, I doubt if he is aware of the real problems facing this country. I admit that Brown is well-versed on the safe campaign issues the media and Democrats adore. So long as Republicans are talking about the Democrat economy, etc. they are not talking about real problems Democrats continue to create. Start with this:

Throughout history parasites brought down every nation and culture there ever was. I don’t know how they did in the past. I do know they are combining socialism and the income tax to do it in America. There never was a filthy priest in the history of the world who did not lust after the power to force behavior on everyone. Degenerate Socialist priests posing as senators and congresspersons are succeeding where their philosophical ancestors failed. That is the number one problem Republicans refuse to face.

Brown should be questioning where Socialist priests get the authority to tell Americans how to behave? Answer: From the size of the parasite class. This is the way it works:

Parasites vote for Democrats so they can feed on the productive members of society. Socialist priests feed the parasite class with tax dollars in order to realize the age-old dream of telling people what to do instead of telling them what not to do. Without the income tax feeding the parasite class they would shrink dramatically after they lost their only reason to vote for Socialist priests.

Scott Brown says we all want lower taxes but does not mention eliminating the tax on income. That alone tells me he is either lying, or he doesn’t understand the income tax for the destructive force it is.

No crueller political system ever existed than the one that keeps parasites and Socialist priests in power, yet the issues Scott Brown puts at the top of his priorities have been knocking around the Republican party for so long one has to ask why nothing was done when Karl Rove’s Republicans controlled the White House and Congress? Republicans now say they cannot do the things they would like to do because Democrats control the Senate and the White House. Just what in hell will it take for Republicans to do anything Democrats oppose? Are establishment Republicans concocting a formula conservatives are unaware of? If so, they better get to it before America is gone forever.

Nobody with an ounce of common sense expects establishment Republicans like Brown to address serious problems when they continue spouting the party line. Basically, the compromises between Republican and Democrat party lines brought the country to where it is at today. Establishment Republicans offer more of the same.

Finally, if you looked closely at Scott Brown’s delivery you saw a not-very-good used car salesman. At least that is what he reminded me of when he first went to FOX. Like all salesmen Brown sized up the suckers while he was laying down the sales pitch in previous appearances on FOX. When he was sure he had the suckers hooked with the right story he swooped in with the same old crap establishment Republicans spread around every time they nominate a RINO loser —— Republicans have to stick together in order to beat the Democrat.

Bottom line: Scott Brown blew it. The suckers are not hooked.

Mama Cass Christie is a fucking joke. He tells how he supports inner city education by bragging about the $9B he's wasting annually in producing generation of defectives who need to vote Democrat in order to survive

The only thing conservatives can do about the FOX Network giving Scott Brown a platform is to stop watching FOX liberals outdo the liberals on the other networks. From what I’ve seen lately, CNN and MSNBC are conservative by comparison.

On the other hand, conservatives will put an end to Scott Brown’s political aspirations if they all read this:
