Obama's real legacy was secret wars, an expansion of the police state, a lack of respect for our institutions, and oh yeah.....alot of BullShit. Obama was not only one of the worst presidents in U.S. history but he was also the most damaging.

What's worse for the left is he talked the talk but rarely walked the walk. He was almost a complete opposite of what he claimed in his speeches. He helped turn us into a fossil fuel giant again and stifled the creation of alternative energy sources.

For me Obama legacy is:

1. ACA and it failure and how it was crafted and passed the Hose and Senate with no GOP support.

2. His failure to get immigration reform done and then having the nerve to believe the GOP would work with him on something that GOP voters wpuld never support.

3. His governing through rpse color glasses of idealism and not realism and expecting everyone to fall in line and if not be consider racist for nost supporting his radical agendas from boys is the girls bathroom to overthrowing Assad.

His wanna-be Jimmy Carter way of governing would have gotten him tossed had he been white but instead America got four more years instead of one term.

There are three things I believe will be remember about Obama and his legacy will not shine bright and will be a small note in History to be the first non-pure white to win a Presidential election...

The birther movement was hugely damaging to race relations. It implied that Obama was not a "legitimate president" and should not be President. It undermined respect for the office of President, and it's very premise is racist in nature. And it went on unabated for 6 years - 4 years past the time when Obama produced his birth certificate.

29% of Americans still believe that Obama was born in Kenya and/or was some sort of commie plant.

Birtherism has done more to divide Americans about race than anything Obama did. And the militarization of the police department started under Bush.
