Yea, the mic gaffe is pretty disturbing, though many in the media will play it off as a silly mishap.
The OP article came out today and it asks a fair question. Since Holder refused to charge the Black Panthers after blatant voter intimidation, can we expect more of the same this next election. They successfully scared people away from the polls. It wasn't two guys standing there and being asked to leave. They stayed and confronted people, even in front of cameras. Considering how much they have gotten away with, they are likely to feel emboldened and protected by this administration no matter how far they step over the line. Nary a word on their most recent threat to Zimmerman. At the 2008 election, they had weapons and were nasty and threatening, something no one should have to deal with while going to a polling place. Holder said he didn't pursue it because it would look bad for his people. I guess his "people" are bad ass hoodlums who think the law doesn't apply to them.

A better question would be; Why haven't the Feds picked up the current leaders for paying to have a man killed?
The case against the Black Panthers was downgraded to a civil case on January 9th, 2009 by the Justice Department..
