The presidents dog and pony show in the east room was a despicable and poisonous political stunt that should have all Americans up in arms. He sought to gather survivors and loved ones of the deceased from recent mass murders, channel their grief and victim hood about these senseless slaughters into anger directed at his,political opponents. Talk about disrespect, talk about using personal tragedy for political gain, talk about using grief stricken relatives as political pawns, this president knows no boundaries in efforts to get what he wants. Obama masterfully orchestrated a faux group hug cemented by his crocodile tears, the press was eating out of his hand. He has no shame.
Talking heads on both sides say his executive orders will not have much effect, and many urge the enforcement of laws on the books. In an embarrassing development, the Obama administrations prosecution of gun crimes is way down from previous administrations. Finally if he was so moved by gun crime why did it take him 7 years to address it?
Let's put this in context. Obama was heard to moan, if we could just save one life it would be worth it. Ok let's see how much he values human life. He is releasing prisoners from gitmo, of which 20 to 30 percent will go back into combat and kill Americans. As such he is an accessory to murder. So he could save American lives by keeping those prisoners in gitgo. Think he's tearing up over that one. How many children's lives could be saved by doing away with sanctuary cities where drunk drivers and criminals kill way more people than mass murderers. I guess Kate sternly didn't even come up on his radar. Are those kids not as important. This is something he could really do something about right now. He could truly save lives. Think he's losing any sleep over that one? Oh yeah the press is reporting so much on his drone strikes where he actually pulls the trigger, and where he has probably killed more women and children than this countries mass murderers. Where are those lbj pictures of Obama anguishing over his decisions in the Oval Office? where is the Nobel peace prize character? He does not exist. Obama has arrogantly let the veterans administration kill our veterans without reprieve. He has turned his back on our fallen and endangered our fighting men and women. He certainly didn't think it was important to save lives in Benghazi. As an afterthought at his press conference he mentioned Chicago. Does he have the courage to walk the streets of his hometown and use his presidential aura to turn the tide against the massive deaths of young people, he doesn't have the balls.
Our president has a heart of stone. He cares nothing for anything unless he can see a political advantage to be had. He has no feelings for all those murdered and killed in his democratic controlled cities. He values only lives that can be politically manipulated. He is a disgraceful charlatan. May the victims of violence find a peace with which to go on with their lives.
