NY Post calls NRA Leader Jihadi Wayne

How about we deny voting rights to them as well? Eliminate 4th amendment protections?

Being put on a list by some un-elected bureaucrat is not enough to deny someone their rights.

Why should I be denied my rights because my name is on a list. Oh right, NYC already denies me my RKBA.

NYC hasn't denied mine. I hold a CCP in NYC.

Why? What reason did you give them?

I call bullshit.

my husband is licensed, too.

*shrug*

Look the gun control filth are free to lobby congress to pass the bill, if they fail that's on them. If they don't like the US constitution or our laws they can feel free to go live in some socialist puke country of their choice.

And again, how did he get it? What reason did he give for his "need" for a CCW in NYC? or is he a retired police officer?

"Denying Firearms and Explosives to Dangerous Terrorists Act"

Yeah, who would want to vote for that.

:cuckoo:

Oh yes, because the TITLE of a Bill always tells you exactly what is in it.

the title of a bill tells you a lot about the person who sponsored it.

it's wacky.

I'm sure there is some funding for the perverted arts somewhere in the bill.

ok bubbie.

he applied. he has a target/premise. he's also licensed for armed security and if he ever avails himself of that, he'll get a CCW

And why should any of us spend 3 months and $1000 just to get a target premises?

and he keeps it locked up and unloaded at all times in the house, right?

No one….but that isn't what this law does…….this law gives democrats vast powers to violate the rights of Americans…..something left wingers have done since forever…….usually ends up in mass graves….

it's not a big deal. we don't live in the wild west.

Gun control is a good issue to determine someone's character.

One the one hand, you have people that, like our founders, believe that in a free society all citizens are deemed to be sane, responsible and law-abiding until their ACTIONS prove otherwise.

Then you have the other hand, those who distrust their fellow citizens and consider them to be nut cases, criminals and terrorists by default until government certifies them otherwise.

Guess which group is for gun control and which isn't?

Molon labe, you bunch of totalitarian twits.

until scalia and his nutty decision in herller, justices didn't believe that the 2nd amendment protected a private right of gun ownership.

you have a bizarre means of judging character. I figure character should better be judged by how you treat the poorest, weakest, sickest and oldest among us.

people with criminal backgrounds, spouse abusers and the mentally infirm shouldn't have guns, but that's neither here nor there.... the idea of using one's opinion on the 2nd amendment as a basis to ascertain character only makes sense in bizarroworld.

Princess, you are so far from reality here that I don't think I could respond without feeling bad for picking on the retarded.

Read some history and rethink your hypocrisy concerning the poorest, weakest, sickest and oldest among us, since you are the one wanting to deny them and their families the means to defend themselves. Or do you like them better helpless, so you can more easily take advantage of them?

And if you want to vote it should take just as long to get a voter i.d. card with a criminal background check for each time you vote, a 1,000 dollar fee and a test to make sure you are competent in the workings of local, state and federal governments………..

Yeah….let's see them pass that law...

Wow the paranoid conservatives who want to deny refugees the ability to come here want terrorists to have guns.

Which makes all their whining and crying about terrorists nothing but a bunch of garbage lies.

They once again show their hate for America and desire for Americans to be murdered by terrorists.

None of them are true Americans who love our nation and constitution. Anyone who wants a terrorist to legally get a weapon here in America is no real American and is actually an enemy of our nation.

And nuts like you want to deny actual citizens rights and then allow people into the country without making sure they aren't terrorists…..you are the nut….not us...

As usual, it just takes the threat of some muzzies in the wood pile to send people of both corrupt alleged ideologies off the freakin deep end. I hate the smell of irrational fear and panic in the morning, especially when it results in my fellow Americans going bat-shit crazy and further destroying the liberties that our forefathers bequeathed us and that so many of us expended our sweat and blood to defend.

Pogo was correct.
(and I'll bet that at least half the people in these forums don't even understand what that means).

‘Nowhere to hide, Jihadi Wayne’: NY Daily News declares war on the NRA for blocking terrorist gun law

NRA = NAMBLA of the 2nd Amendment.

These really are filthy, disgusting people--the NRA spokespersons etc. The membership of the NRA supports banning guns for Terrorists in U.S. but this would cut into profits so... the NRA says no--Terrorists get guns.

New York City tabloid is continuing its battle with the National Rifle Association, calling NRA honcho Wayne LaPierre “Jihadi Wayne” on the cover of Monday morning’s edition for opposing sensible gun laws that could prevent terrorists from purchasing high-powered weapons.

The New York Daily News screaming headline “Nowhere To Hide, Jihadhi Wayne” on Monday morning comes on the heels of a similar headline last Wednesday reading: “NRA’s Sick Jihad.”

That isn't what this bill does…..this takes away the right to own guns by simple putting a name of a political opponent of the democrats on a list……a typical left wing tactic when it comes to their enemies….hitler and stalin loved this power….

Evidently nobody has taken the time to read the bill.

Break it down for us Lass:eusa_think:

You should have read it before whining about it, the bill calls for someone being "suspected" of terrorist ties to be denied gun ownership, you can't deny someone ownership over suspicions. Any first year law student knows that. The bill has promise but needs to be reworded. It would be the same as someone being "suspected" of domestic violence and being denied, you can't do that

But it's okay to deny asylum to 3 year olds from Syria because you 'suspect' they might grow up to be a terrorist.

Goddam! you people are fucked in the head.

Send all the 3 year olds you want…it is the mothers who wear suicide vests in France that we are worried about….the baby daddy's too……..

until scalia and his nutty decision in herller, justices didn't believe that the 2nd amendment protected a private right of gun ownership.

ROFLMNAO!

But for that to be true... The "justices" would have to believe that the Founders who long debated and ratified the Constitution and the Bill of Individual Rights... had to believe that the 2nd enumerated Right of the Individual was not a Right of the Individual at all, but that the framers just slipped in an expansion of Government power..., LIMITING INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS.

Which would make 'The Justices', IDIOTS... not at all distinct from yourself.

Not to worry tho', Americans do not get their rights from the US Constitution, as the US Constitution does not serve as a 'Right Providing" instrument. The Constitution exists only to define the scope of government and to specifically limit its power. The Bill of Individual Rights, simply serves as a SPECIFIC Instrument which SPECIFICALLY LIMITS THE SCOPE OF POWER WITH REGARD TO THE INDIVIDUAL MEANS TO SPECIFIC INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS.

So the SCOTUS is irrelevant in terms of what Rights Americans have, and only rules on the legitimacy of government power, in infringing upon such rights.

You foolishly believe that because the government has the power to prevent a person from exercising their rights, that the individual does not have the right... when in fact, God provides rights and only God. The people comprising the Federal Government, including the Judiciary, have precisely the same rights as everyone else and as such, they have no power to impart rights upon anyone.

But, your day has come and gone Jellyhead. There's a new day dawning in the US... and you can bet your ass, its going to go VERY HARD on you idiots.

still, how can you justify $1000 and 3 months to get even a home permit? Would you accept a restriction on voting like that?
