It isn't the court's job to determine if Trump's executive order is a good decision or not. It's the court's job to determine whether it's constitutional or not. These courts are pinning there decision on comments Trump made during the campaign (and later walked back). They are not basing their decision on the letter of the constitution and the EO. In other words, had HRC been elected and enacted the exact same EO, the courts would have said nothing. I see kangaroos jumping in them courts.They're doing their jobs.
