· Comey's firing makes up the basis of an obstruction-of-justice case Mueller is building against Trump, and experts say Mueller's document requests and readiness to interview one of Trump's key advisers indicate that the case is nearing its conclusion.

The three journalists who were paid by Fusion GPS are known to have reported on "Russia issues relevant to [the committee's] investigation," the House Intelligence Committee said in a court filing.

This has already gone to the Grand Jury and it might go a ways to explain why no Russian "collusion" was found with Trump.

Fusion is begging the court to stop the flogging.

Fusion has asked the court to issue a restraining order against the House committee, which is demanding documents from the company that, among other things, explain the payments it made to reporters. Most of the documents sought are banking records.
