As a member of the partially un-insured, I gotta tell you, I was counting on some way to get my wife insured. Ain't happened yet. Richest country in the in the history of the world, the number one super power in the world, home to the worlds richest pharmasuetical company in the world, the number one medical inovator in the world, the best medical research facilities in the world, and people can't get reduced cost medical care.

My observation is .. insurance was affordable until government got involved in the early 90's..Now the government offers to "take care of you" and you're forced to depend on the beast, it's a sad state of affairs indeed and I'm sorry.

Seriously, not two damn cents. I've had several in my family live and die with cancer, among other diseases. Forcing insurance companies to cover high end care will serve no purpose other than to bankrupt them out of business. Taking us 1 step closer to govt care and ending healthcare as we know it. I'm not a fan of rationed care that someone other than my doctor decides what's best for me. This lady got something for nothing and she's grateful. Wow, what a headline.

Did you know every other wealthy country in the world has universal health insurance? Germany, Japan, France, Australia... every one of them.

But not the US (yet).
