Yes, the guy DID get pulled over and had a whole bunch of citations against him, but the only thing that you missed was that most of them were DISMISSED.

As far as having a loud muffler? One of the first thing I did when I bought my Harley was to get rid of the stock pipes and put on ones without baffles so that it would be LOUD. At idle, it was around 90 db, and at full throttle, it was closer to 110 db. Never got pulled over for loud pipes during the 7 years that I had it.

The cop profiled him, shot him, and is now looking for a way out of it. If you listen to the video, you can hear how scared and upset he is.
