Something is wrong with that mother. To let her child get that way is flat out abuse in not caring enough. SEVEN years old? Pahlease. Glad they took the kid away.
With that said....first thing parents need to do is take away the damn nintendos,playstations, game cubes. Make them entertain themselves outside climbing trees, riding a bike, walking or hiking with their friends, roller skating. Take the damn tv remote away too. Sheesh.
