The American flag does that quite well without being replaced by the flag of specialized group.

We've seen the removal of the Confederate flag from above a memorial because it was on state grounds,
would you be happy if the Black Power flag replaced the Stars and Stripes?
a flag of any other specialized group?

In this country, and overseas, NO flag flies higher than the Stars and Stripes, and there is NO reason for it to replaced by any other flag.

if the LGBT flag is 'all inclusive', why did the mayor apologize?

Oh, he didn't know they had taken the American flag down.

Raise your LGBT flag anywhere you desire.

But do NOT believe it replaces the American flag.

It hasn't earned that honor.

I answered a question in all honesty. If the American flag was not on the pole, then no legal issue was at risk by raising the other flag for a period of time. If the American flag had been on the pole, then the LGBT flag should be in the lower position.

So the Mayor apologized. It is his right to do so.

They REPLACED the American flag with the LGBT flag.

Whoever made that decision needs to, at the very least, lose their job.

I'm starting to get the impression the USA is not your home country.
