“Mar-a-Lago Security Tapes Were NOT DELETED” – Trump Accuses Jack Smith of Prosecutorial Misconduct, Illegal Leaks

President Trump on Sunday ripped Biden’s corrupt Justice Department in a series of Truth Social posts.

Last week Special Counsel Jack Smith hit Trump with a superseding indictment in the classified documents case and accused the former president of being a part of a scheme to delete Mar-a-Lago security tapes.

Trump was charged with three new counts, including one count for willful retention of national defense information related to a document he allegedly showed staffers at his Bedminster golf club.

Smith also charged a third defendant in Trump’s classified documents case on Thursday.

Jack Smith charged Carlos De Oliveira, a maintenance worker who helped Trump aide Walt Nauta move boxes of documents around at Mar-a-Lago.

Carlos De Oliveira, 56, was added to the obstruction conspiracy charges filed in the original charges.

According to the superseding indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, Carlos De Oliveira told ‘Trump Employee 4’ that “the boss” [Trump] wanted the server at Mar-a-Lago deleted.

No security tapes were deleted.

If bank robbers walk into a bank and attempt to rob a bank, then they get charged with attempted bank robbery. Not for robbing the bank.

The superseded indictment from Smith's team sent to Trump lawyers, never said one way or the other whether Walt Nauta, and Carlos succeeded in erasing the security video. They attempted to do such because The Boss wanted it done, is all we know from the superseding indictment....?

They think Trump is an attorney. "No one knows the law better than me!"

Meanwhile, his lawyers remain on suicide watch.

The agitprop you bed wetters are willing to believe is gospel truth EVEN AFTER IT'S PROVEN TO BE ABSOLUTE BULLSHIT, is idiotic at best.

Whether his attempt was successful or not, I heard this was after Trump received the subpoena indicating Smith wanted the security footage.

The craziest thing about this story is that if they don't know how their security cameras work then they were probably recorded standing there scratching their heads with their flashlight trying to figure out now to erase everything.

I would say Trump needs to stop while he's ahead but, well you know the rest of the story ...

Smith knows that he can do anything he wants and the media will still make him a hero, and he will never have consequences for prosecutorial misconduct.

This:

According to the superseding indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, Carlos De Oliveira told ‘Trump Employee 4’ that “the boss” [Trump] wanted the server at Mar-a-Lago deleted.

Is incredibly flimsy as a "case" for obstruction of justice. An anonymous "Trump Employee 4," makes a claim of second-hand report that Trump "wanted" something?

Anonymous accusations play well in a media targeting the most gullible and willfully ignorant among us, but they won't work in court unless the prosecution can get a jury just as gullible and willfully ignorant.

This could be the first ever "AI prosecution" where all evidence

doctored audio tapes
phony claims of video missing
documents in the bathroom that were never in the bathroom

is simply AI fraud.

The audio is DEFINITELY fraud.
