He said curbing drug prices should be the "easiest lift of all."

Here's what he said (to an audience that obviously has a particular interest in this):

"The drug pricing is something we all agree on. If we do nothing else this year — I think we can do a lot more — but if we do nothing more this year, that’s the one thing that must be done ... We’re negotiating on a lot of things right now and we’re going to see to make sure this is the highest thing on the order to get done."

— Manchin

Manchin added: "The waiting game is over. The time to act is now."

He also noted: The chamber intends to tackle a bipartisan measure capping the cost of insulin at $35 a month. "This is not a new, breakthrough drug that we don’t know how to handle," Manchin said.

For the record: Manchin has long said that Democrats should focus on prescription drug curbs, climate and energy spending and revamps to the nation's tax code to gain his support for a party-line bill

Legalizing Marijuana is the first thing they should do and make insurance pay for it!

The Dim donors are still waiting for their billions in BBB payoffs. "Hey mother fucker, we didn't steal the election for free. It would be a shame if Dominion was exposed... fuck around and find out."

This has been a democrat talking point for decades. The problem is how do you do that? Somebody has to pay. If not the end user it’s insurance, so we all get higher insurance rates. If not insurance it’s subsidies which we all pay for again.
