Who was it who would strive tirelessly to "Make The World Safe For Communism"?
His initials are FDR.

1. By agreeing to Stalin's demands that the 'second front' be via Western Europe, rather than the Italy-Adriatic, Franklin Roosevelt was agreeing to turn Central and Eastern Europe over to occupation by the Red Army....and its 'tender mercies.'

Harry Hopkins and George Marshall were fully behind handing all of Eastern Europe over to Stalin's tender mercies.
Remember...they knew of the Terror Famine, the Katyn Forest Massacre, and other blood purges. by Stalin.

Evidence can be seen in a document which Hopkins took with him to the Quebec conference in August, 1943, entitled "Russia's Position," quoted as follows in Robert Sherwood's book, "Roosevelt and Hopkins: An Intimate History,":
"Russia's post-war position in Europe will be a dominant one. With Germany crushed, there is no power in Europe to oppose her tremendous military forces."

2. Along came President Roosevelt, with the typical progressive blind eye to human suffering and slaughter. He ignored the 3-5 million starved to death in the Ukraine by the regime of the USSR, and rushed to embrace it, offering recognition in November of 1933.

3. And another "tsk, tsk," by Roosevelt: the Katyn Forest Massacre. In April of 1943, the mass graves of thousands of shot, bayoneted, and asphyxiated Polish officers were uncovered in the Katyn pine forest near Smolensk, Russia. April 13, 1943, Radio Berlin broadcasts the German discovery of twenty-two thousand corpses of Polish officers "executed by the NKVD when the Soviets held the territory, spring of 1940. These would have been the backbone of an independent Poland after the war.....Stalin couldn't allow that!

a. April 21, 1943, Stalin tells FDR that it was "German fascists" that massacred the helpless Polish officers. But...he fumed that his and FDR's ally, the Polish government in exile, had the nerve to ask the International Red Cross to investigate the crime!
Did you get that? Stalin was incensed that the Poles wanted the atrocity investigated.

b. The Red Cross said they would investigate....if all three parties- Germany, Poland, and the USSR agreed. Guess who refused. In fact, Pravda attacked the Poles as "Hitlerite lackeys" who would "go down in history as the helpmates of Cannibal Hitler."
"Sacred Secrets: How Soviet Intelligence Operations Changed American History," by Leona Schecter and Jerrold Schecter, p. 64.

4. And FDR administration? "No big deal." In fact, the US Office of War Information broadcast exactly what Stalin wanted them to.

a. Now get this....in 1990, the Soviets finally admitted that the Katyn Massacre was a Soviet Crime.

Realpolitik by Roosevelt.....or an enduring affection for Stalin and communism?

they're in our schools, especially higher education. liberal policies trend more and more to their ideals.

5. Joseph Stalin wanted to ensure that after the war he didn't have to contend with anti-communists in Europe. Toward that end, he demanded that the Allies give him any who had tried to escape his tyrannical rule.
Get that? Turn over enemies of Stalin to his 'tender mercies.'

a. When the Allies succumbed to Stalin's demands at Yalta, all those refugees, from generals of armies to intellectuals, Cossacks, kulaks, teachers, peasants, and workers, be repatriated to Stalin!

b. The 850,000 strong army of Gen. Andrei Andreyevich Vlasov, having gone to the other side, Germany, "to save their country from Stalin" and having later surrendered to US forces, "formed the core of those forcibly repatriated between 1944 and 1947."
"Operation Keelhaul; The Story of Forced Repatriation from 1944 to the Present," by Julius Epstein p.27, 53.

c. Gen. Deniken, former commanding general of the White Russian armies which were supported by the USA in 1917-1920, explained that none of these men served in the Nazi army out of love for Germany..."they hated the Germans" he wrote....rather, they knew what awaited them in the 'Soviet paradise'....as FDR's 'gift'

6. How badly did these individuals not want to go to Stalin's USSR?

From the NYTimes, January 20, 1946:
"Ten renegade Russian soldiers, in a frenzy of terror over their impending repatriation to the homeland, committed suicide today during a riot in the Dachau prison camp...."

a. And, in the Times, March 5, 1946:
" Many thousands of persons hostile to the present regime in the Soviet Union are being forcibly sent there....the Catholic Church constantly received appeals from 'displaced persons' terrified of being sent back to territory now controlled by Russia."

One cannot explain FDR's motivation as needing Stalin for the war effort....the war was over.

Yet he still bowed to Stalin's every wish.

Nearly one million Russian and other anti-Soviet men joined the enemy of their Soviet Army, the German Army.
"The Secret Betrayal" by Nikolai Tolstoy, p. 19-20.

Ask yourself this: why was it that the USSR, of all the Allies, had provided the enemy with thousands of recruits?

Realpolitik by Roosevelt.....or an enduring affection for Stalin and communism?

FDR Was Stalin's sock puppet. It's absolutely sickening that he abetted, encouraged and aided the two biggest Communist mass murderers in human history: Stalin and Mao.

That's EXACTLY why Progressives label FDR "Great"

One cannot explain FDR's motivation as needing Stalin for the war effort....the war was over.

Yet he still bowed to Stalin's every wish.

1. The Germans declared war on the US not the other way around.

2. Africa was invaded first by joint Anglo-Allied forces in Africa, hardly Uncle Joes wishes.

3. Italy was the next target after Africa was secured. Not in line with what Uncle Joe wanted..

3. D-Day invasion of France. Finally what Stalin wanted, but he waited three years, so I would hardly say that FDR did Stalin's bidding..

How did FDR support Mao?

By fucking over Shek who was busy fighting both the Japanese and Mao

The spies in the White House convinced FDR that Mao was a "Democrat"

So FDR directed the Chinese nationalists war and military?? Or Mao's?

FDR Promised to help the Free Chinese, but then withdrew his support and funding to make the world safe for Mao's version of Communism. Because given a choice between backing anyone or the Communists, FDR's choose the Communists.

Was Shek perfect? Nope. But to his credit his side was fighting the Japanese, while Mao was fighting the Nationals. Shek was promised funding because he helped the US by fighting the Japanese, FDR had other ideas and withdrew his pledge of support. Eventually Shek took his forces to Taiwan while Mao murdered tens of millions.

How did FDR support Mao?

My little bare-bottomed friend....if only you understood history.....There is no doubt that Frank is correct.

1. FDR knew of and approved of Soviet spies in his administration.

2.[Owen] Lattimore was a scholar of Chinese history who taught at Johns Hopkins University. During World War II, President Franklin D. Roosevelt appointed him as a special representative to the Nationalist Chinese government of Chiang Kai-Shek. Lattimore also served in the Office of War Information. ....Individuals such as Lattimore, who had been unremitting in their criticism of Chiang's regime, were easy targets.
McCarthy charges that Owen Lattimore is a Soviet spy ? History.com This Day in History ? 3/26/1950

3. Lattimore had conferred (during the Hitler-Stalin pact) with the Soviet ambassador about Lattimore's upcoming assignment as President Roosevelt's adviser to Chiang-Kai-Shek — then trying to fend off the Communist revolution in his country.
• Credible testimony revealed "five episodes" wherein Lattimore — within the Politburo of the Communist Party — "participated as a full participant in the conspiracy."
• A former brigadier-general in the Soviet military intelligence testified to having been told that "Lattimore was one of our men."
• On page 218 of the McCarran committee's voluminous report of its year-long investigation, this bottom line: "[T]he subcommittee can come to no other conclusion but that Lattimore was for some time beginning in the 1930s a conscious, articulate instrument of the Soviet conspiracy."
The documented truth about the McCarthy investigations

4. Senator Joseph McCarthy of Wisconsin repeatedly criticized IPR and its former chairman Philip Jessup. McCarthy observed that Frederick V. Field, T.A. Bisson, and Owen Lattimore were active in IPR and claimed that they had worked to turn American China policy in favor of the Communist Party of China.

In 1952, the Senate Internal Security Subcommittee (SISS), chaired by Senator Pat McCarran, spent over a year reviewing some 20,000 documents from the files of IPR and questioning IPR personnel...In its final report the SISS stated:

“ The IPR itself was like a specialized political flypaper in its attractive power for Communists ...The IPR has been considered by the American Communist Party and by Soviet officials as an instrument of Communist policy, propaganda and military intelligence. .... The IPR was a vehicle used by the Communists to orient American far eastern policies toward Communist objectives.[14]

The IPR lost its tax-exempt status as an educational body in 1955, when the Internal Revenue Service alleged that the Institute had engaged in the dissemination of controversial and partisan propaganda, and had attempted to influence the policies or opinions of the government.

5. From the book “Blacklisted From History,” by M. Stanton Evans: Soviet agents in the U.S. State department (and Treasury) worked actively to damage confidence of our government, in the (Nationalist) Chinese fighting in their own country, as our allies against the Japanese, and in favor of the Communist insurgency of Mao Tse-Tung and Chou En-Lai.
While Chiang Kai-Shek was busy as our ally fighting the Japanese, White, Currie, Coe, Glasser, and Hiss were doing all they could to undermine him in favor of Mao and the communists.

a. “Another example of [Harry Dexter] White acting as an agent of influence for the Soviet Union was his obstruction of a proposed $200 million loan to Nationalist China in 1943, which he had been officially instructed to execute,[52] at a time when inflation was spiraling out of control.”

6. There was Owen Lattimore, the ardently pro-Communist director of OWI's (Office of War Information) Pacific operations. Chiang Kai-shek conveyed to the FBI in 1948 he believed Lattimore, while acting as his Roosevelt-supplied wartime adviser, was supplying information to communist forces, and Alexander Barmine knew of Lattimore as a Soviet agent. M. Stanton Evans, "Blacklisted by History," p.393-395.

That does not deter the new JBS and far right revisionists.

Have you heard of Tobruk?

After that defeat of Brits, FDR acquiesced to Churchill's demands....but only 100,000 men!

The main Allied force did what Stalin wanted.

Americans were horrified by the misery that resulted from the labor conscripted by the Guomindang armies. Jiang’s ordering random executions of recruiting officers had not stopped the abuses. About three quarters of a million Chinese men who had been drafted in 1943 either deserted or died while traveling to their units under miserable conditions. About fourteen million Chinese men were drafted between 1937 and 1945, but more than eight million deserted or died from causes other than battle. The draft was supposed to be by lottery, but often peasants were pressed into service, roped together, and marched hundreds of miles to their units with little food and no medical care. The number of recruits who died in this way during the war has been estimated at more than a million. General Wedemeyer found that lack of food made most of the Chinese soldiers ineffective. The entire Chinese army had only 2,000 qualified doctors, and most seriously wounded soldiers died. Students were exempt from conscription, and university enrollment increased from 42,000 in 1936 to 79,000 in 1944. However, military education for officers deteriorated as the percentage of academy graduates among the officers declined from eighty in 1937 to twenty in 1945.

China at War 1937-1949

On September 6, 1943 General Stilwell urged Jiang to lift the blockade on the Communist areas that was using 400,000 of his troops. During General Patrick Hurley’s visit Stilwell went against his advice and on September 19 gave Jiang a message from Roosevelt requesting that he give Stilwell unrestricted command or accept responsibility for the deteriorating military situation. Jiang reacted by asking for Stilwell to be recalled. Stilwell agreed to stop using Communist forces. Hurley reported that Stilwell’s attitude was the problem between Roosevelt and Jiang, but he was not recalled until October 19, 1944.

Shek was the reason for Chinese nationalist losing against the communist...

After the Japanese tried to cripple the American navy with its surprise attacks on December 7, 1941, the United States declared war on Japan and made China one of the big four allies along with Britain and the Soviet Union. The US had granted China only $26 million in lend-lease supplies in 1941, and the closed Burma Road made delivering lend-lease in 1942 difficult. T. V. Soong gained a loan of $500 million. The US lend-lease credits to China were $49 million in 1943 and $53 million in 1944, but they jumped to $1,107 million in 1945. Excessive borrowing and paper money let Chinese inflation go out of control. In 1937 the US dollar was equal to three Chinese dollars, but this ratio increased to 6.5 in 1938, 16 in 1939, 98 in 1943, 680 in 1944, and 3,250 in 1945. Yet during the war China maintained an exchange rate of twenty to one. This created an enormous subsidy in the last year of lend-lease. The great families accumulated rich reserves of American dollars in the United States, and H. H. Kung became the richest man in China.

China at War 1937-1949

You are aware that the nationals and the communist civil war did not start until after FDR had died?

FDR made certain that all the pieces were in place for the outcome we see today.

1. . "Mr. Truman said that the nationalists should have surrendered because they didn't have a chance to win...the opinion of American ambassador Leighton Stuart was that the failure of American aid to come at the opportune moment was the real cause of the weakness of nationalists and the disintegration of their armies....many military commanders went over to the enemy because they saw the United States withdrawing moral support from Chiang Kai-shek. Mr. Truman boldly defends what Treasury did. He doesn't mention Harry Dexter White, mentioned in congressional hearings as a communist spy, sat at Treasury with full power to say when the money promised Chiang Kai-shek would be forwarded or withheld." Toledo Blade, Toledo Blade - Google News Archive Search

2. . " New light is also shed by the authors on how Communist agents, through a variety of tactics, were able to rig data that fatally undermined anti-Communist leaders friendly to the West. China’s Chiang Kai-shek, Yugoslavia’s Draza Mihailovich and the leaders of a free Poland were clearly victims of such insidious disinformation plots, relentlessly echoed by pro-Communist elements in our government and in the media." Infiltration, intrigue and Communists - Conservative News

It didn't happen in a day.

7. Let's go over the record of the dance partner that Franklin Roosevelt invited to the party:

"Eastern Europe suffered terribly under Communist dominion. The most famous atrocity is the Holodomor of 1932-33—the deliberate starvation of peasants in Ukraine. The Black Book of Communism estimates that over 6 million people were murdered. And murder is the right word here: Russian authorities deliberately withheld and even exported food while they knew the peasants were starving. They also forcibly prevented the peasants from leaving their lands to buy food elsewhere.

a. From 1940 to 1953, Russian authorities deported 200,000 people from the Baltic states; they imprisoned 75,000 others in the gulags. Ten percent of the entire adult population of the Baltics was imprisoned or deported. The Russians deported 120,000 from Moldavia, 7 percent of the population. They expelled 300,000 from Ukraine.

b. When Russia conquered eastern Poland at the start of World War II, it deported around 1 million Poles. One hundred thousand died in prison camps or on the way to their new destinations; 30,000 were shot.

c. Russia deported 600,000 people from Hungary and imprisoned around 750,000. The numbers are equally horrifying for the other countries dominated by the Soviet Union. The Black Book of Communism estimates 1 million people died due to Communist regimes in Eastern Europe during the 20th century.."

And an American President was either a co-conspirator, or simply a disinterested observer.
He allowed America's imprimatur to be attached to the slaughter, and shook the blood drenched hand of Joseph Stalin.

Can you imagine how different American attitudes would be if government schools weren't owned and operated by Liberals?
Our people would know all about Stalin, and his facilitator, Franklin Roosevelt.
Think the government might be different today?

I do.
