There has been no reporting by the police as to what "side" shot at or chased anyone to initiate this conflict. We don't even know who the teenagers in the car who initiated the shootings are. How do we know whether the teenagers in this car were up to until they are caught? Were they non-Somalis driving around town looking for targets? Somali's looking for targets?
