Analyze: which of the two parties is more polite in their public interactions with members of the other party; whose speach is more modulated and tailored for approval?

There is a powerful "suggestion" (a neural lnguistic if you will) in members of an audience to stand in applause when others around them do so, whether trongly approved of or not.
To remain sitting in such a situation appears impolite to say the least.
This is a powerful motivator to stand when disaproval is marginal.

Hey it's only symbolic but why not give it a shot? It couldn't hurt. Our U.S. Congress has become a bitter hateful Hell-Hole. The last couple of Congresses we've had were the most bitter partisan Congresses i've ever seen. We had leadership actually calling the opposition "Unamerican Nazis" for God's sake. That kind of rhetoric just isn't necessary. So if they want to go a different route in this new Congress,i'm all for it.
