How did a Muslim become lord mayor of LONDON? ....

I truly doubt Islam shares the same open door open mind policies of the west. Islam endorses terrorism. Name a Muslim country that has a Christian westerner as a leader? Being that, Muslim counties either taxes or kills non Muslims, we are either fools or suicidal morons. No Muslim country has infidel mayor running any of their cities.
