Liquid Vitamins?

Do they absorb better with less stomach irriatation??

Depending on the brand, they do absorb better - so much better that you will actually feel them work, rapidly.

BIOMETICS is one very good brand. You *will* feel an immediate (5 to 10 minutes) difference.

Sounds good as long as they don't make you feel jittery like you would from cafeine??

They can, especially if they are high in niacin.

When starting liquid vitamins, start with smaller than recommended doses, then work up to the recommended dose for your body weight, or until you find the level that's comfortable to you.
