Judge Orders Colorado Cake Maker To Serve Gay Couples CBS Denver
Both sides have their rights not just one and they should not be forced to bake a wedding cake through the courts.
Just like businesses have signs that say no shirt, no shoes no service.
Why does that not violate shirtless, shoe less peoples rights?
Because shoes and shirts are required by the local health code
Also, the signs do not say that gays are required to wear shirts and shoes while everyone else can wear what they want
There is no signs in theses businesses saying no gays shall be served either.
How is it a health hazard if one person has no shoes and everybody else does?
Having no shirt is not a health issue at all.
But still, refusing to provide service to gays that is available to everyone else violates the law
They can have their cakes baked at any other bakery of their choosing.
It would be against the law if they could not get that service any where else at all.
Oh ....I've heard of that
Separate but equal
Refusing to bake one baked product for a ceremony is not separate but equal, especially when they can buy anything else they want to in the bakery.
