Liberals Win Again!

NO it is sin to have the kid out of wedlock.
They are being forced to bake the cakes by the court.
Judge Orders Colorado Cake Maker To Serve Gay Couples CBS Denver

Both sides have their rights not just one and they should not be forced to bake a wedding cake through the courts.
Just like businesses have signs that say no shirt, no shoes no service.
Why does that not violate shirtless, shoe less peoples rights?

Because shoes and shirts are required by the local health code

Also, the signs do not say that gays are required to wear shirts and shoes while everyone else can wear what they want

There is no signs in theses businesses saying no gays shall be served either.
How is it a health hazard if one person has no shoes and everybody else does?
Having no shirt is not a health issue at all.

But still, refusing to provide service to gays that is available to everyone else violates the law

They can have their cakes baked at any other bakery of their choosing.
It would be against the law if they could not get that service any where else at all.

Oh ....I've heard of that

Separate but equal

Refusing to bake one baked product for a ceremony is not separate but equal, especially when they can buy anything else they want to in the bakery.

See all these twisting and turning this into something it's not...is pretty damn scary...

does anyone on the left every think for themselves? and do they have a shred of common sense?

they are like a herd of sheep..... listening to their stupid interpretations of this ONE STATE LAW...even after it's been shown 19 states has the very same law....their hero Billy Clinton signed a similar law.......it's like but but but the media says, the liberal says, our masters in the Democrat party says....baaaa baaa baa

If it wasn't for the left making laws that discriminate against Christians, they would not have to pass these laws in the first place.

Jesus and Christians hates the sin not the sinners.

Just don't force all the Churches, florists and bakers against their religious ideologies like they are doing now.

Ultra-Conservative Senator/Governor Mike Pence has changed his position.

Southern Conservative Senator/Governor Asa Huchinson is calling for a re-write before he signs it, making clear there will be no discrimination, and pointing out that the Federal law will be his guidepost, not a 'States Rights' position.

Liberals win again.

If Pence is willing to change his mind then ha cannot be a Conservative, nevermind an Ultra-Conservative. He IS a Liberal, So I'm not sure if that means the Libs win because they turned Pence into one of their own or if they lose for the same reason.

Glad one of you right wing turds are willing to admit that conservatism is dogma and doctrinaire.

Hayek agrees!

"Conservatism, though a necessary element in any stable society, is not a social program; in its paternalistic, nationalistic and power adoring tendencies it is often closer to socialism than true liberalism; and with its traditionalistic, anti-intellectual, and often mystical propensities it will never, except in short periods of disillusionment, appeal to the young and all those others who believe that some changes are desirable if this world is to become a better place."
Friedrich August von Hayek-The Road to Serfdom

"In general, it can probably be said that the conservative does not object to coercion or arbitrary power so long as it is used for what he regards as the right purposes. He believes that if government is in the hands of decent men, it ought not to be too much restricted by rigid rules. Since he is essentially opportunist and lacks principles..."

I have fun pointing out the hypocrisy of the left and will continue to do so.

While ignoring your own and the GOP's humongous hypocrisy. The fools making these laws claim to be Christian, yet they do the complete opposite of what Jesus commanded them to do. Where in the Bible does it say that Jesus tells anyone to shun, hate, discriminate against someone because you think they are sinners? Jesus spoke lovingly to the woman at the well who was committing adultery......he didn't call her names or shunned her, and he commands everyone of his followers to love their neighbor as themselves.

It's kind of difficult to ignore humungous.
And yet, it could hit you on the head and you still wouldn't see it.

What the Indiana Governor did makes perfect and logical sense to me.He would like to balance the budget and get people to work.
And he is willing to throw it all into the toilet just to satisfy his homophobic tendencies?

Did they call it the "discrimination law" when they signed it ...
This really doesn't even make sense, but coming from you I'm not surprised. If Pence and his cronies are trying to disguise something that is discriminatory, why would they call it "discrimination law" when they signed it. Even you should be able to figure that out.

Why don't Democrats realize that the country is in debt and the "Golden Goose" is tapped out?
Surely you are smart enough to figure out that Obama has brought the country out of the toilet where Bush put it. The economy is doing better than where Bush left it, unemployment is further down than when Bush was in office, but then again, you probably watch Faux News 24/7, so you probably believe the idiocy that the country is doing worse.

btw. I'm really not sure why you're quoting the bible when you have no faith or concept of right and wrong.
You're not really sure because you don't know anything about me. I have more concept of right and wrong in my little finger than you and the rest of the homophobic right-wing has all put together. I know that discrimination is not only against our Constitutional rights, it's against God's rules......

When Jesus said "love your neighbor as yourself" he didn't say unless he happens to be homosexual.

Nobodies stopping Gays from being gay and if a civil marriage gave gays equal rights under the law as any traditional marriage I would have no problem with that. Democrats and Republicans working together could easily solve this issue but the Democratic Party would rather not, they want this ridiculous issue as a rallying cry for their liberal puppets to group together, split the country and spread unfounded hate as evidenced by your posts. (Democrat dubes for votes policies)

As a business owner I should have the right to refuse service to anyone (sounds like freedom to me) regardless of my religious beliefs and expect to pay a cost monetarily for my free choice. Having government impose their politically popular morality on me is Constitutionally Un-American.

The national debt has more than doubled in the past 6 years and the economy is slowing from an already anemic recovery. Liberally backed morons are fighting over traditional low paying teenager starting jobs. The middle-class is devastated and needs well paying quality opportunities, something the Obama economy is standing in the way of. and..around 50% of Americans on the government (taxpayer) dole isn't a good economy, it's the road to overwhelming failure.

It's true, I have no idea of your concepts of right and wrong, I was just messing with you...

This thread proves that Democrats are desperate for a win, any kind of a win, no matter how unsubstantiated and pathetic.

The response from the right should be .... :lmao:

This thread proves the Republicans hate the Constitution. The Equal Protection Clause is still in it, despite all the Republican revisionist attempts to pretend otherwise.

Please, Republicans, keep bringing up how you think businesses should be able to refuse service to blacks, gays, or whoever they want. We appreciate the votes.

Actually, your cartoon fits the Republican/conservative party more aptly, only most of them are too much in denial to realize it. They are the ones that are always coming up with legislation to restrict and diminish someone they don't approve of. So very Christian.

As a business owner I should have the right to refuse service to anyone (sounds like freedom to me) regardless of my religious beliefs and expect to pay a cost monetarily for my free choice. Having government impose their politically popular morality on me is Constitutionally Un-American.

I would agree with you if your business was in Mars or some place where my tax dollars and the tax dollars of those you wish to keep out of your business have paid for the streets, the police, the fire-department, and the legal laws that keep you from being taken advantage of. If you hate people so much that you can't bring yourself to provide the same service to them that you do to others, you should not be in business. Having people impose their bigoted/homophobic morality on me is Constitutionally un-American....I see that you are not familiar with the Constitution, but are mouthing what you hope the Constitution would be.

The national debt has more than doubled in the past 6 years and the economy is slowing from an already anemic recovery. You can thank George W. Bush and Cheney for the national debt, when they decided to attack a country for no other reason than to prove to daddy that George was a real he-man. Too bad he ended up being a real doofus that I'm sure his own father recognizes. Obama was saddled with those two wars which gave birth to ISIS and the continuing hate for America because Republicans want to show the world how macho and tough they are. They just recently showed their ass and proved to the world that it is not America that is ridiculous, just a group of radical Republican/conservatives who don't even know how to follow decorum in Congress and who think they have more authority than the President of the United States.

But the country has made great strides since Bush left, and for that you can really say "Thanks, Obama".
Check this out if you dare.

This fits..

It's true, I have no idea of your concepts of right and wrong, I was just messing with you...
Why am I not surprised?

On the Bush economy, you do recall that Harry Reid and Nancy Pelosi took over the Senate and House 6 years into the Bush presidency and controlled the purse strings from that time on. They did absolutely nothing in regards to the housing bubble, in fact they denied the existence until after it popped and in true Democrat fashion, blamed Bush even though he warned them repeatedly. They could have cut funding for the wars then and didn't. The wars continued under the Nancy/Reid/Obama regimes and I doubt the cost was even close to 9 trillion in the years Republicans actually controlled spending. I suspect maybe a trillion tops

Have you seen this video and are you willing to re-think your myopic view?
