I love hot sauce, I put it on and in many things I eat.

What is your favorite hot sauce?

I love BW3's Medium Hot Sauce, and Franks Hot Sauce.


Any other kind I should try?

I use it once in awhile. Tend towards Red Pepper Flakes or a jalepeno instead. Ah, heat helps one forget salt.

It depends. For oyster po'boys nothing works but Crystal. Chicken pot pie...Tabasco. Thai food...Rooster sauce.

We (really) have at least 20 different types of hot sauce.

My kids and I are growing scotch bonnet peppers to convert into wine.

That stuff is the shit on Chinese and Thai food. The hotter the better. Indian too. It can't be too hot for me.
