These are actually cities, and not small towns or villages; But it's interesting they are all in Georgia; the capital city, Atlanta is probably the blackest city in America outside of N.O.LA.

Sounds nuts to me - but if the case is won, wouldn't it set a precedent to serve to break up or dissolve majority-black or majority-Mexican towns and/or cities? Where are all these majority-[whatever] people supposed to go? Their homes are still going to be on the same piece of ground they were on before their cities/towns got dissolved and it does nothing to equal things out and it still wouldn't effect the makeup of voting districts. Redistricting lines are usually set to include as equal a balance as can be attained.

My vote? Toss out the case frivolous - we have much more pressing matters to concern ourselves with than BS like this.
