It also has consistently given Trump a higher rating than all the other polls.

So unless the other polls show Trump in the lead, it is probably useless.

It would seem the LA Times comes up with Trump is leading for one poll every so often, and then he goes back to polling way under for a few months before the LA Times comes back.
