Could a Mark Judge Lawauit Exonerate Kavanaugh? Balsy Ford & Company Should be SUED!

With Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., suggesting Democrats might investigate Brett Kavanaugh if their party takes back the House in November, the credibility of Christine Blasey Ford’s accusation of attempted rape by the new Supreme Court justice 36 years ago remains relevant.



Ford has been unable to corroborate her story, and three people she named as witnesses, along with Kavanaugh, testified under penalty of perjury that they remember no such event. She initially claimed four boys who later became prominent in Washington, D.C., were present at the alleged attack and that it took place when she was in her late teens, when she could have driven herself home from the party. But she now contends she was 14, it was only two boys, and she doesn’t remember how she got home, which house she was in, or exactly when it happened.



Nevertheless, a cloud hangs over Kavanaugh as Democrats vow to make life miserable for him even after being confirmed to the court.



That cloud might be cleared up, however, if the man Ford named as an accomplice in the alleged assault, Mark Judge, files a defamation lawsuit against his accuser.
